Very happy with the service here. We came here to convert some old family videos, they came back quickly and we had the originals returned safely.We would like to convert some old film however its a bit pricey since there isnt an option to view and select pictures before converting them. This would have been very helpful and we would have invested a lot had there been this option.

Very helpful even though we only wanted one photo printed. Told us to it will take 20 minutes and when we got there it was ready for us. Was a breeze dealing with this company. Will definately go back.

This is not badThey make Id photos, and they take the contact details for when its ready they will let you know, that NEVER happened, at least for me.Well I wasnt in a hurry, ... I got the photos, the lady who helped us, was able to take photos of my children with ease, and she offered us a smile, since there was no communication after 30 minutes, we went back to see if It was ready, we got them pictures. Went to have a t-shirt printed and dealt with the guy who not only didnt want to help me in the first place but then proceeded to do the worst printing job I have ever seen. He shrugged his shoulders and blamed me for the poor quality of the image. As I was waiting for the t shirt he could have at least told me this so I could try and rectify the quality before wasting the printing money as well as the t-shirt that I then had to throw away. I just want to warn people to not have t-shirts printed at this branch but to rather use the Sandton City branch who, with exactly the same image does a very professional and efficient job.

Single print took 45 min, but not sure if it was quicker, didnt get a message its done, probably expected to not message.Service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Print quality is ok for most photos, but the definition in shadow and highlight areas of a photo is not the best.

Asked for matte pictures got gloss glossy pictures instead when I pointed it out to them they said sorry they made a mistake, what terrible service. Dont use this store.

Prices are quite cheap ...good quality photos and great staff working here.

Can I give less than 1 star? Back 4 times for my order each time finding huge mistakes. During this time I have seen 12 people storm out of this store because they are unhappy. I will never return.

The customer service is great! The lady that helped me was brilliant, she put me at ease while I was both in a rush and irritable. Additionally my photies were ready in 30inutes and stunning!

The place does not seem to understand how to print pictures.

Waited 5 hours to print 4 T-shirts.They said come collect at 3... came... they said another half an hour... came... then they only started printing....

Very disappointing service from this this store, the sales people dont even know what they selling and then still lie about the product and promotion saying its buy 1 get 1 free but upon paying you find out its not the case.

One particular staff lady was extremely unfriendly and rude. Disappointed at how we where treated.We got there at 4:35 and they said they close at 5. We only wanted to print 4 pictures, she helped us but very unwillingly...
