Made some colour copies the other day that were really poor printing quality compared to the previous owners work. Showed a sample of the ‘previous’ quality received here and was met with a disinterested shrug. My home printer did a better job. No apology or offers of a discount/refund or any alternative solution. Will definitely not use this outlet again. Customer service and satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority.

Edit: Initially one star but I revisited today. The service was on point, explained and apologised for the last unpleasant experience.Glad to have revisited and have a much better experience. Better expertise, better recommendations and better service this time around.Definitely coming back soon. ☺Very slow on customer service and being back to you. I dont know how many times I tried to get them to print cards or give me additional information about my requests and also had to follow up with them (this is after I made payment) . Sorry, not going to use this place again. I can not deal. Very very disappointed in Minuteman.

Very good services, very friendly personnel

I walked into the store with a single person sitting behind a computer. They had no uniform on and completely ignored me. After waiting for about a minute for a ‘hi can I help you’ I asked him can you print in A3. He then looked at me like I was an idiot with a blank stare and I told him it’s on my gmail. He then told me to forward it to him (what type of printing shop doesn’t have a computer available for you to access your emails/resources)I just walked out after that as he turned his back to me.Rather go to Postnet for service.
