Terrible product. Will never visit again.

Worst experience ever ! Second time ordering , waited an hour and a half .. driver got here forgot half of the order , the card machine does not work ! This is bad Debonairs ! Phoned 3 times just to hear that they have to much orders ! Very disappointing !!! This doesnt even deserve a star !!!

I bought it tonight and it was the saddest pizza I have ever had. The base were so thin and almost no topping. I was so disappointed.

Just came from debonairs where I waited more then 40min for my pizza and it wasnt even that busy, people were coming and going and Im just standing there. When i went and ask whats going on, my pizza was lying there for who knows how long(COLD). Service at worst to say the least. Debonairs George

Oh my, i loved the lady that served me at the counter. Friendly and knows her menu so well. The Pizzas were amazingly delicious and my whole family enjoyed them. But pls try to have toilets near ur business place.

Very nice place, value for money if you take the value deals. Cooldrinks could be less expensive but otherwise great. Also free delivery helps. Pretty quiet atmosphere.

Im a George citizen currently residing in Thembalethu. I find it absurd during this pandemic time for them not to be able to deliver my order knowing that we cant collect from store.So what should a person do in order to get their order especially when you cant transport yourself during this pandemic time?Im very disappointed

Debonairs if you have time to Facebook you definitely have time to get the George branch to attend to my month old query on why they tried to give me food poisoning by putting ham and tomato (which I am highly allergic to) onto my pizza as I have send in so many emails seems it was done on purpose???Then after phoning me ONCE and I could not take the call you send me this message after you could have left a message? Terrible service, the George branch is apparently closed for delivery for a few days yet they dont update their online order ability, we placed an order, waited an hour only to hear that they are closed and greated with rude staff not willing to resolve the situation but merely put the phone down after saying that they will put you through to a manager. This after ordering a day before, also waiting over an hour to get any food or response and the driver saying that the other drivers refused to take the order since it had no tip registered. Apparently drivers can pick and choose whether an order gets delivered or not based on what they feel like in the monent.. Not likely to order again anytime soon

Ordered over the telephone to save time but when I went to pay and collect my order was no where to be found. Ihad to re order and wait and wait whats the use of ordering over the phone .☹️☹️

Phoned for a delivery, after an hour we still havent received anything. Phoned to check what is taking so long, to find out they had the delivery address incorrect. That after we ordered before, got the delivery with the wrong pizza.Terrible delivery service from George Debonairs!!!!

Very poor service. Ordered a pizza online and waited an hour and 30 minutes for them to call me and tell me my pizza is running late. Only for me to call an hour later than that for them to tell me my pizza wasnt coming because IT HADNT BEEN MADE. Store owner calls to tell me that I will be contacted in the morning for a new free delivery which I was but unfortunately that pizza also never arrived. Very disappointed really.

Ordered a Margarita with no fresh tomatoes. They sent me a Margarita with tomato on anyway. Paid for it but sent the driver back for one without tomato. He comes back and expects me to pay for the new one. I phoned the place back and they claimed they didnt put fresh tomato on the first one. Like what, they just put old tomato on it and thought that was what I wanted?

Very bad service. It was the second time that my daughter has ordered online and waited almost two hours for the delivery of two pizzas. Our house is less than 3km away from them. She called the first time after waiting for an hour, and they said the delivery is on its way. 40 minutes later we were still waiting for the delivery and called again. She received the answer that the delivery was on its way.......again. And almost two hours later we were still waiting for the delivery. I will not make use of Debonairs again. Pathetic.

Service generally good when ordering via their App. Delivery quite prompt, except during peak times. Chicken & mushroom pizza has too much mayonnaise dressing.

The service is top notch a lot of friendly staff and smiles very professional service and did not wait long for my order even though they were very busy will definitely recommend them anytime 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took them an hour and a half after pizza was ordered to deliver!! Very poor!! Why cant you see online how far your order is? Probably because everyone will cancel their order...

After waiting for 2 hours for the delivery of my pizza it arrived super cold and was basically just BBQ sauce and 2 shreds of cheese. The base was super thin, sloppy and under cooked.

Oh my word, where do I begin? The service is so so bad and not on one occasion but several occasions. Most recently this Sunday I ordered online and an hour later I called them and no answer, the pizza did not arrive, imagine if I had paid online. I waited an entire day and the following day I get a confirmation that they received my order however still no call to follow up on what happened the previous day. I will not be using Debonairs again and I am advising friends and family.

We have been experiencing bad or should I say poor service from you guys,you dont inform us about the order or if there are delays.What is the point of having our details if you dont contact us.Your staff as well has attitude when we enquire about our delays.Please find another system for deliveries because your current system is poorly managed with no good customer service dynamics.Its the second time this is happening and when we enquired you tell us you are closing and there is nothing in the store.We could have made other arrangements if we knew you wont deliver, and remember you are not a feeding scheme,we pay for the pizza .Dont treat us like we are desperate.I am going to take this up with your branch manager.The staff doesnt even have our accurate orders,why would you have an online sites if no one is keeping records of the orders.
