Love the drive through service. Just be cautious and patient when pulling back into Courtney/Knysna road as ad it gets busy and more so as it is at an intersection.

The fries are different from what Ive tasted. Good different. Bought a box. Master, one of the freshest Ive ever had.

So I went through the drive-through. I asked for a SW-3. But there must not be a wing with. The cashier ringed up a extra dunk wing sauce that cost R5 instead. Got the sauce and that was her best mistake of the day. Loved the sauce🥰🥰🥰

Excellent Customer Service - 17/05/21 - Our order was missing some zinger wings. I called them and they sent a driver to drop off, not just the missing item, but they sent a whole new meal! This is going above and beyond. Thank you!P.S. The food is also good quality.

I am so disappointed with this. My kid ordered a double crunch which is priced R68.90 for the burger, chips and cold drink. She just wanted the burger with chips and they charge her R49.90 for the burger and R17.90 for the fries. Equal same price as the full order. (R1,10) difference. This is not acceptable and seeing this as ripping off people.

Chips was as cold as something coming out of the fridge. Chicken was luke warm and oily. Not my first such experience, not only at the one KFC. I used tge drive through and was late for meeting someone and couldnt turn back, otherwise I would have. Loved KFC...But the love of it is starting to disappear... 😔 Even the photo shows the chips not looking fresh...

Great service! The staff are friendly, fast and funny! Best service yet from KFC! The meat is not as tasty, seems to lack quite a bit of that Colonels touch.

Very pathethic....poor service and the teller had an attitude...waited an hour for our chicken and still got it blood red...raw inside...ordered a 15 piece so i felt that i threw my money away...i think the name of the cashier is nandi...she is light in colour has big eyes and has spots on her face.She has alot of attitude...talking back and being rude to customers and she was only worried aboit the time and never worried about her customers.my order number was 335

Waited 30 minutes for our order. When I got home, chicken thigh was still raw, chicken wings overcooked and dry and burger bun somewhat soggy. Did not take it back, you just wont get our familys business again.

They got the best hot wings.

Always fast and friendly. I always order a Rounder or a wrap, never been dissapointed.

Waited 50 min in line for my order. When I got my order they did not have choclate for the ice cream. Ice cream was very water like and iced, not soft and creamy.

Got my order wrong

I used the drive thru. I was 5th in the car queue. It took me 24 minutes to place my order....and 5 more minutes to get it.This was not a pleasant experience!I hope you wont have to wait this long ... for fast food.Whatever the real reason is...KFC will have to work on speeding up the process.

The people here have no respect whatsoever towards their customers. They speak in Afrikaans even if you tell them that you dont understand what they are saying. Another thing, their chips are the most tasteless and inedible Ive ever tasted in my life! Management please sort out your employees!

The service was Terrible, the cashier was forced to come serve us , full of attitude and bad behavior in general. I also mention it to the supervisor that they should put cashiers that have been hired to serve the public in general. Bad bad experience ever.
