Very impressed with how fast, efficient and friendly staff are. Coffee and Food was great and quick. Temperature gets taken at door and they very good with social distancing.

Affordable, plain food. Generous helpings, friendly staff. I had a Sunrise Breakfast, with perfectly prepared soft fried eggs, bacon, tomato and toast for only R29. My companion had a hamburger, chips and soda special for R76. Both meals were carefully prepared and substantial. I liked that breakfast was served all day and that you could sit outside or inside. Wimpy coffee was a great end to the meal.

As always can’t go wrong with a wimpy burger or meal. However the staff and manager let it down. When a manager tells a client “she does not know how to ring it up” then she should clearly NOT be in that job.

Food was good as always. How ever there was a very loud group making racistic comments. That incident spoiled my breakfast totally. Some customer complained and away from them but management did nothing about the noise.

I found their milkshakes are very delicious. They have burgers, breakfast sets that are available the whole time and meat. They have kids set meals and play area too. Smoking corner or room for people who wants to smoke and eat.

I dont believe this specific Wimpy is worth even the 1 star. I got to the George Mall, being dropped off by garage car as they had to service mine. I went to sit OUTSIDE at the Wimpy as they were still closed by 07:35. The girls, 2, were cleaning tables and sweeping outside. The one girl asked me to leave as they may not let me sit there before opening time of restaurant. I did not mind them ckeani g around me. Just needed a place to sit and wait till they open to have coffee and breakfast. She was so rude that I had to leave!! Was welcomed to sit at Mugg & Bean not far from Wimpy. Needless to say I had a good breakfast at M&B and will not ever return to that specific Wimpy.
