I spend a lot of time in the USA and am a BBQ fan and have eaten BBQ all over the USA, from way down south and north to Chicago. All the styles included. I have eaten Texas BBQ at Franklins in Austin Texas reputed to be the best in the USA. I have also been judge in BBQ competitions. Those are my creds, now hear me when I say:The Texas BBQ at BBQ-UP is right up there with the very best I have eaten and that includes Franklins. While Im a traditionalist and think BBQ should come only with plain white sliced bread, I found the roosterkoek and copious butter a great innovation and will be introducing that to my Texas BBQ buddies on my next visit.WELL DONE CHRIS AND RITA. HOU MOED AND KEEP IT UP.
