So much better than using orbitz, tripadvisor, agoda. No doubt about that!!!The hotel exceeded expectations. Interesting layout and structure. Restaurant was superb, overall staff are super pleasant and accommodating.

The best holidays ever! Well for us this it was the second visit ;) this time, even if we were thinking that is not possible, it was better then the first time. We will for sure come back. Great golf, very nice spa, food amazing. But what it really makes it so special are the employees of fancourt, they make you welcome from the first minutes that you arrive.

By far one of the most exciting-serene experiences. The accomodation is astounding with pond side properties and spacious mansions. Theres everything. The staff are by far the highlight though. They are extremely friendly and professional. If youve the coin I would recommend coming here.

Great place overall BUT.......Worst room service ever food came 2hrs later and 3 hours later on two consequitive days respectively and wrong food too!

For sure in this place youll feel like a king. The staff is exceptional, they make you feel at home. The restaurants are great and because of the variety you can try different plates and cuisines. The hotel has too many attractions like the golf camps, an amazing covered pool, spa, and others. Each detail was planned to make you feel good.

What an amazing experience. Not only was everything spotless and easily accessible, but Fancourt staff are super-friendly and helpful. I have never seen staff so happy at what they are doing. Well done to management. They are definitely doing something right!!!!

Fancourt is brilliant. If you are into golf but want your family to enjoy themselves then this is the place. If you are not into golf then this is still the place :) The facilities are great. They have a massive outdoor pool. Then there is an indoor pool that is at a perfect temperature with changing room and showers.They have a Roman bath and there is an area that has a tepidarium, steam room, sauna and frigidarium. You will never need towels as there are towels all over.There is a kids room, games room as well as a gym. It is really a place for everyone to enjoy.

One of the most beautiful settings in SA. Would love to give a 5 star rating BUT - the Spa had big posters up in public areas, advertising a special. No dates indicated. We tried to book it and was simply told it ended already, sorry. No attempt to offer a good customer experience. Also the valets helped themselves to coins in my car when asked to park it. Before checking out, we called reception to prepare the bill. It wasnt ready when we got there. Small details, but not what you expect from a 5 star establishment. Otherwise a magic place to visit.

Large rooms with heated bathroom floors and comfortable beds. Wished I had more time time to enjoy the tranquil compound with excellent amenities. Extremely elusive Henry White restaurant that could not be found even by their own staff..TWICE.

Visited the wine and whatever expo. Loved the new experience tasting by variety. Food and wine pairing by Chef Vito and Chef Dario a journey to Italy. We will be back next year!

Amazing place for this whole family. Dad can play golf, mum can relax in the spa, and kids can swim, watch movies, play games and so much more. If you want relaxation then this is the place. With Italian and French cuisine on offer as well.

The venue was excellent. Sound, lights etc were excellent. I enjoyed the program too.

Its beautiful and the staff are super friendly. The Hair salon, Hey beautiful boasts with the most professional hairdressers in the Garden Route area. Well worth the visit.. Make booking in advance. They book up quickly especially over holiday seasons.

Best place on earth

This is the best place i have ever visited. I felt the warmth of the place as i entered the gate till it was time for me to leave because of the welcoming staff who are always willing to offer help without waiting to be asked.

Outeniqua course in poor condition, totally overpriced and certainly not 5 star experience. Halfway house is pathetic, no towels, filthy tables with used plates and glasses standing around ... And mediocre food to say the least. Five star price for a one star experience.

So much more than a golfers destination. Very kid friendly, great restaurants, outdoor activites, walking, running and cycle tracks, pools, and a fabulous Spa. All of this on a secure estate in a fabulous setting. Ideal base for exploring the Garden Route

The facilities and staff are excellent. An ultimate golfers paradise, however there are lots of family activities like cycling, swimming pool and games rooms, roman baths, trail walks. Check the bookings policies as the hotel wanted to debit my card prior to arrival and also want a holding deposit for sundries on arrival which I was not in agreement with either. Everything else has been really good.

Magnificent setting! Fancourt is truly beautiful. The landscaping, facilities and three golf courses are all superb, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel guests have access to the spa facilities, as well as leisure activities including tennis, bicycles, multiple swimming pools, etc. The birdlife is great too.Only 10 min from George Airport and within an easy drive of the Klein Karoo, including wineries, art galleries, etc.We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

The whole package is superb..and The Links is the best course in SA...if not the best artificial Links course on the planet...accommodation is excellent along with the facilities... The shrubs and vegetation brought in from all over the world to adorn the estate are amazing.. Ive never seen the like anywhere...the staff,from waitrons to caddies are courteous and friendly...Fancourt has it all!!

Fancourt never disappoints. Amazing service and a beautiful estate. The rooms were very well kept and incredibly comfortable catering for all your needs and more. The activities available to guests are also second to none with my favorite definitely being the warm waters of the Roman baths on cold winter mornings. Make a visit to the steam rooms and sauna too as they made it just that much extra relaxing. We never left the estate in the five days we were there because everything you need was already catered for. I can’t wait until our return.

Went here for a work conference and it was pure luxury! The rooms were massive and the conference facilities were great along with the catering.

Tennis courts. Large swimming pool area. Leisure Center and much more.Also the restaurant are serving food on high quality. And the bungalos are providing a lot of comfort in several sices with beautiful view over the landscpae.Always a pleasure to go there for several weeks.

Fancourt is situated in Montagu Road, Blanco. It is a world-class golf estate and features two restaurants, a venue, spa, roman baths and boutique to name a few. The gardens are immaculate and it adds to the tranquile setting.Non-members are welcome and can enjoy the restaurants, spa etc.

This hotel is luxury. It is basically for golf lovers. Services are decent. Furniture is modern and clean. The most noticeable thing is the super fast internet the hotel provides for guests.

Beautiful grounds, service was decent. Meals delightful. Spa was expensive but relaxing and the indoor pool lovely and warm.

Expensive / Snobs at management level... frogs going crazy at nights, Egyptian geece going crazy during the early mornings! Brutal.Lawn mowers are the crack of dawn (5am-ish) for hours on end, not to mention the toxic sprays on the lawns that caused my heavy metal count in my blood to go to level-3 after living there for a couple years!Brutal, all and all.
