Nice kids play area. Kids assistant looks after the kids which was nice to see. She helps where she can and actually interacts with the kids. Food was good. Staff was friendly.

Friendly staff, the manager (female, I think Simone) seems to know her clients well. She makes a point to address clients by name...which adds a personal touch (some older more conservative clients may not appreciate it).

Takeaway was not good at all and garlic and cheese wasnt put in and needed to go back for our cooldrink

Very unprofessional service when I wanted to pay for my ordered pizzas and the staff member did not understand what it means to pay for some of the pizzas separately as I had to pay my friends bill separately from mine.Another staff member found the situation amusing and started laughing, concealing her amusement with a hand in front of her mouth.A little help with the transaction would have been appreciated instead of laughing at your co-worker.

Not safe for celiacs. They claimed to be when I asked to double check for cross contamination, but if you have celiac disease, its not that gluten free. The pizza is delicious though. Still not worth it to get glutened

Panos in York Street has been a favorite for years. The service is good, facilities clean and the food delicious.There is wheelchair access and a small kiddies play area. Parking during the day can sometimes be a hassle but generally there is enough parking after hours.

We were blessed with a lovely meal from here while on holiday from Johannesburg. A diversity of juicy pizzas, fresh salads, rich pastas and delicious desserts for all tastes, including vegetarians. Family atmosphere is terrific as always in a very spacious environment. Ideally positioned in the center of town as well.

I was visiting from Port Elizabeth n decided to treat my hosts to Pizza as I know it. Well .... what a disappointment, sweet chilli sauce, dry bits of chicken, and feta cheese! TWo toppings only, the rest wld b extra .... now really. Family pizza was R50 extra for avo? The slices were cut small n large, could not share slices. Come on ....Sorry my hosts were embarrassed on my part, for me and many it is a now a no go zone from now on. Gonna have a look at Port Elizabeth on my return and compare. Shame ......

It was awesome. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients used. The service, atmosphere and all round experience was great. Havent experienced this at a Panarottis in a long time. 👍

We tried the vegan margarita. While vegan cheese was good, thats all we got. Pizza base and vegan cheese. Wed have been better off making simple sandwiches instead of ordering out. No tomatoes, olives, onions or absolutely anything like that. Anything over and above basic pizza was additional. Rip off!

Really surprised at how good the meals were and the portion sizes. Not the typical chain restaurant meals that can be quite generic. Whole family enjoyed their meals, will be back.
