None of the Postnet branches charge the same per print copy. From R1.50 at Eriksson Centre in Kempton Park, the price here at Stoneridge Mall = R6.00 per single black & white copy. Time to standardise?

Oh My Gosh. Horrific 🤢 I will NEVER set foot in that establishment ever again. To the old horrid, dispicable embicile of a man who is management or owner or whatever, you do that business a massive dis-service, I suggest you retire or move to the basement. Whatever, wherever, TRUST ME, no-one will miss you, horrid thing. If you are incapable of dealing with the public, I suggest you stay in your corner and leave those that are. DHL, you would do yourselves a favour to not be associated with that branch, customers, rather go across the road to Greenstone.

Im SO grateful for this Postnet and the ENTIRE team that works there! This is not the closest Postnet to my house, but I drive the extra miles on a weekly basis just because of the amazing people that work there, and the EXCELLENT quality of service! Ever need a bit of additude ask for Shannon... wasted my visit there!! Had to get documents printed signed and scanned quickly. Lets put it this way, I ended up driving home and redoing it ALL!!

My wife and I had reason to call on Post Net Stoneridge recently and we were attended to by a young lady called Shannon. We called on them a number of times as we are from cape Town and needed certain things to be done.I have just read the review of Mr Warren Flynn and really cannot reconcile his review with our experience with Shannon.We found her to be eager to help, courteous and, above all, cheerful.Sometimes the attitude of the customer is so bad that he/ she believes they have been hard done by.It has happened to me in the past.Maybe Mr Flynne should examine his behaviour?

The owner of the store is pretty useless, called him yesterday wanted to find out if my parcel has arrived. This was around 5:15 , 15 minutes before they close. I wanted to quickly send my husband who was in the area to quickly go pick it up. He told me if i have not received an sms that means they have not received a parcel, infact i must go on internet and punch in my tracking number to find out where my parcel is, or call the postnet that posted it. I went on internet after hours and the parcel was delivered yesterday to Stoneridge. Today I decided to call again, asked exactly the same question I asked the owner, the staff asked me for my cell number, quickly tracked the parcel and told me the parcel is in the shop. I have heard about the owner being useless....can he fire himsels and get the staff to do the work???? By the way i still have not received his famous sms
