I have had only good service from the staff and they are always very helpful. Jerry has been very helpful with my printing and designing of labels.

Do not use this postnet!!! They are so unbelievably useless! I dropped a parcel off 2 days ago and they gave me a courier guy tracking number which does not work and they keep saying theyll phone me back with the correct aramex tracking number but nothing. They dont return calls as promised and couldnt be bothered to capture the parcel on the system while you wait to get your tracking number because they are too busy! Instead they hand you a temporary one that doesnt work and all that happens is you phone and phone for days for an update. Worst PostNet in the country. Avoid at all costs and go to another PostNet!!!!!!!

The service is great, the staff are friendly. I go there for all my printing needs that I cant do at home. Been using them for years. I highly recommend them for that.

I have been trying for weeks to follow up on a parcel that was sent to me and each time I call, if you are lucky enough to get through, I get told excuse after excuse that they will look for it. I am still waiting.

What a very bad experience, I couriered items on 28/11/2020 and it has never arrived. The waybill number cannot even be traced. The same staff even drop calls when you enquire about your own items which they were supposed to have delivered. If you do not want headaches, stay away from them.

Staff efficient parcel from edenvale to Amanzimtoti only took 1 day for delivery. Fantastic

Warren is very unprofessional, my mother sent a parcel from Karaglen Postnet Johannesburg, to Cape Town. My God what a mistake, the run around, lack of communication, rudeness and the pretence as if he cares. Pretending like he was going to deliver it to our cape town address. When you call Warren he is pushy, condescending, rude and very arragont. After I stepped in to get information from him we eventually found out it was the Courrier Guy who had our package and we went to fetch it ourselves at the Depot. DO NOT USE THIS POSTNET. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS POSTNET

Postnet Karaglen just cheated me out of R50. Overcharged me for a domestic postnet to postnet delivery by saying its due to Covid 19 level 4 restrictionsBe careful!

My call was answered today but Warren disappeared while I hung on for 21:31 minutes before putting phone down while he continued to deal with customers. Not once did he come back to me. I most certainly will not use them again despite it being convenient. Shocking service to say the least.

Appaling service. They cannot follow a simple handwritten document. Cannot spell. Made a stuff up of my magnate signs for our car. Give you a.certain day to.pick up. Two days.later. one.cannot get hold.of the.actual owner. Shocking. Unfortunately when doing this review you have to give.it a.star otherwise you cannot post. I give zero stars

Waste of my time! I called before going to say that I need a passport photo with a white background. I arrive there and they have no white wall or white screens. So the guy picks up an architectural plan, flips it over and sticks it on the wall. Then he takes an LED flashlight and takes a pic because the camera doesnt have a flash. This creates a shadow in the picture. I walked out of there immediately. Unbelievable!

I am appalled by their service. I was supposed to receive my parcel last week which was posted by my friend. She sent out the parcel on Tuesday (13th August 2019) and today is the 19th of August? The delivery should not take long considering we are based in the same city and they unfairly charged my friend R200.00 to get the parcel delivered??? What for, if parcel delivery is sooo slow??. The lack of competent customer service management is beyond me, my goodness!

Shocking service, no urgency, cant use proper english and everything is ill come back to you which they never do. explains why the shop looks the way it does inside, disorganization and far from welcoming

Slow service, there is only one worker doing the job of two. Yet when I looked around I saw 2 guys in the other room eating breakfast.

Terrible service, all I wanted was documents to be scanned and emailed but the gentleman working there I don’t think knows how to scan a document on both sides, then he says we must photo copy all of them, proceeds to then mix up my whole order of documents... I left there paying him R50-00 because he didn’t know how many copies he had made, getting 10 photo copies which I didn’t actually need, no documents scanned, having to rearrange my documents and leaving in a fowl mood to go have the documents scanned somewhere else...

Cannot even tell you where your parcels are . Keep on saying it’s in transit . Get told the parcel will Arrive on Wednesday ( 5 days later ) only to be told it’s still not there and they do not know where it is .Will not use again

Went here to post 3 cards to the UK in December. Was told to get them couriered and not with the SAPO so that they wouldnt take forever to reach my family, and I paid a premium for this service which I was told would take 4 to 6 weeks. The cards only arrived now end of April and they sent it via standard post according to the stamps, not even airmail! This is stealing. Complete rip offs. Plus their computers are very slow.. making a simple task of printing a doc from your email 10mins longer than it needs to be which incurs more costs. I suppose these types of tactics are needed for this archiac business to survive in the 21st century.

No PP tracking number provided. So unable to track parcels through postnet website when I call DHL Express the Waybill numbers arent registered??? Posted 6 days ago and still the recipient hasnt received the parcels.

They are supposed to open at 7am. I have been waiting outside since 7am for them to open the door. It is now 7.25.... they are in their office, not answering phone nor opening the door.

Rude, arrogant and disconnected. Worse than the post office.
