Terrible service, over the phone and face to face.No greeting.Rude.Stop helping you to go on the phone.You ask questions and dont get answers.Click their tongues if you ask too many questions.Dont go in their when you having a good day because youll come out miserable.

I went in on the 2 May 2021, ordered a pillow and put a picture on it..1) its takes 1 hour to print it, I gave them an hour and a half before I went back, Ive been waiting 2 and half hours for it and still currently waiting.2) they say they short staffed because the woman that was helping the guy there just ran out and didnt come back3) why dont they have a manager there to make sure theyre going their jobs...I wouldnt be rating you guys but unfortunately have to, to complain about the terrible service here you guys deserve 0 starts

What shocking and rude service from the staff there this morning. Their masks worn half way down their faces, and not willing to assist. Also wanted over an hour to print 2 small pics. Went across the road the the kodak express in stonehill crossing where it took less than 2 minutes and fantastic service

Went in on Saturday to print a logo on a t-shirt. Was phoned to say they had run out of toner? Strange when they splash all around the shop that they print on anything. I agreed to wait until Monday. I never received a call so decided to call them, only to be told the wrong toner arrived and they are only receiving the correct toner on Friday??? Obviously they don’t want or need the business, stay away and go else where. Please don’t cry when you have no work or customers and have to close down!

Musa helped me print custom graphics onto a hoodie and it came out looking great! He was very helpful and made sure it got done on time :) Very happy with the outcome! Many thanks to the Kodak team

Was at the shop just after 5:30pm yesterday, urgently needed to have id photos taken, I was turned back coz they had already switched off the printer although the shop closes at 6pm.

Pretty average. Go prepared with everything you need - staff doesnt seem too clued up on how to customise.

Unprofessional & unfriendly staff. They are supposed to be the experts to ask questions and advise beforehand. None of that. Feel like I just gave them money for nothing!

Great service , friendly staff and they even saved me money suggesting I should buy a voucher instead which does not expire and I can redeem for more photos then I needed !Keep up the great work !Photos came out exactly as I requested.

You dont get acknowledged when you enter store. If they busy with a client they do not inform you. Overall their service is poor. Only reason Im at shop tonight is because they the only shopping in the mall that takes ID photos

Very expensive and poor quality. Paid R30 per image for a 15x20cm print and R60 for an A4 print, all in all over R500 for couple of pictures, which would have cost a few cents per image at Kodak stores in Europe. While the lady at the store was relatively helpful, the end-result was more than disappointing. None of the pictures had the requested dimensions and had to be cut to size afterwards to fit the frames. I wouldnt return to Kodak at the Greenstone Mall again.

Corrupted my drive and all of the photos on it. Ruined my girlfriends birthday.Never again. Stay away from this shop. Terrible and uncaring attitudes.
