Dean and his son are great guys and nothing is too much hassle for them. I only use them when I use postnet or DHL.

My Parcel arrived in KZN yesterday.After I opened it, I found the bubble wrap & the plastic container to have been damaged. The parcel consisted of a very sturdy plastic container with some loose items in it.It is & was totally impossible for the content to have caused the damage, as one could clearly see the damage was caused by hard blows to the parcel & bits of the broken box was found inside the box.The parcel was properly bubble wrapped by sender but clearly damaged on the wrap itself on 2 corners.The parcel envelope had fragile stickers on it.The content was not worth thousands nor the box, hence no insurance was taken out on the parcel.Courier Guy had always served me well, but in this instance they really messed up this parcels condition.I cannot commend this Branch at All.You suck.

Parcel arrived in KZN damaged , cost itself to send parcel was more than the parcel was worth and was happy to pay the cost based on getting it sent safely which never happened, the parcel was bubble wrapped had fragile stickers on it and the box itself was something that could withstand a good 100kgs of pressure to damage it, I would have had to literally jump on the parcel for that damage to have occurred.

Just had the Pleasure _ NOT of dealing with Dean at your Edenvale Branch. not only was he obnoxious with my supplier , I got the fine treatment too. All this just to send a parcel to my Postnet Centurion via his! He needs a lesson in Customer service or Should only ever be allowed out after dark. Will NEVER use that service again

I just went there a few minutes ago. I wanted to have something delivered to me & I was told to drive up & go get it myself its going to be expensive. When I asked how much it would be, the statement was repeated & this time they added with it would depend if they had petrol or not. These guys were rude, obnoxious & not at all interested in helping me. Them assuming I cant afford something without telling how much it costs is disrespectful. You guys just lost me as a costumer.

Extremely unprofessional. Stood in shop for over ten minutes waiting for kid to print a simple document which was three pages. I could have printed it fifty times over. Shop is very disorganised, cluttered. Unimpressed
