I am very disappointed with the product (burger and chips) that we purchased. The patties were burnt and dry the chips was dry. The lettuce was few white strips and there was less than a teaspoon of sauce. For the price its definitely not worth it.

The food here is great, no lie, however the customer service is awful and that just brings the rating down. I personally always go back to a restaurant to ensure that they were not having a bad day but it seems like the store is open because the owners are bored? Surely you cant get orders wrong twice in a row?

Consistency and quickly prepared fast food. Price is good, and real value for money. Watch out for their weekly specials. Sparkport special and the steak sub is amazing as usual with emphasis on quality as well as quantity. And they are open till late.

Very disappointed with the portion size to the price paid, bought a steak, chips, and pita for R90 and it was a tiny say 100g say piece with hardly any flavor, R75 for a chicken tikka, also just a medium piece, chips and roti, never going to buy again, total ripp off, first time bought there and never again, for a take away meal, its disappointing,

Bought fresh chips which was refried, tasted really stale and bad, through it all away as I had already left the place so didnt want to waste my time and petrol to go back and complain. It used to sell good fresh fried chips a couple years back. RATHER THEY CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN!!!!

I previously rated 4 stars but I now rate 1 star.I ordered a meal which had a V next to the name on the menu and after inquiring over the phone it was confirmed to be vegetarian.When picking up the order I asked if it was the veg roll and was told yes. When I arrived home, there was mutton polony in the roll.All this during a day in which I was fasting for a prayer.

Went to the recentlyrenovated Sparks branch this evening to try them out. Ordered the chicken tikka grill . It was a very disappointing experience. The chicken was so dry and leathery and the chips tasted stale. They use frozen chips and tastes like was fried in old oil. Took the meal back and complained. They replaced with burger meal which was mediocre. Really need to up their game if they want to survive in the very competitive food market in Overport.

Had a Burger From here...Good Stuff. Id like to try out the Gatsby in the near future..

The best greasy meals ever! Try the warrior rolls (I think thats what its called? Cant remember) its a really big roll.. Great for sharing... The Sparkport chips are yum eight their secret sauce recipe..

I visited the Wrap it up in Bergville on Tuesday 24 september 2019. I ordered 4 burgers @ R50-00 each. It was seen as a customer but one who does not warrant fair treatment as people who placed orders after me were served first. This is unacceptable. Staff needs to be trained not to distinguish people by their religious beliefs. The buns to the burgers were ice cold. s.Bhairoparsad

Purchased the Sparkport chips parcel, prepared very quickly, reasonably priced. Wide range of items are available on the menu, burgers, wraps etc

Love their Torpedo, sparksport chips and not forgetting their amazingly tasty salt and vinegar chips 👌🏻

What a poor experience at Wrap it up Gateway when compared to having enjoyed my meals at Wrap it up Umgeni business Park and Randles Rd.I ordered a steak roll. Paid for it. ..waited 15 minutes. When it arrived and on opening it. ..all that was in it was sauce with onions and what appeared to be not more than 2 pieces of beef cubes.I took it back and they promised to rectify it. ..on receiving it all it contained was a fresher version of onions with sauce and what looked like beef cubes.Very poor!A definite NO as a recommendation.I will be uploading this on TripAdvisor.Disappointing!
