Went to grab a coffee to go, what, polite, beautiful service!! I was promptly attended to, and they had stock of Almond milk.. I am so impressed. Well done team.

I was at wimpy workshop today and the waiter was just a mess. He didnt have an apron no name bedge. The service was terrible.. First we walked ourselves from the door.ohk so he came and didnt say anything he just wiped the table and gave us menus and left. Came back after 10minutes.. Took our oder which he was not writing down. Then he left came back with drinks we got our food. While we were eating he took the sauces stand without even asking if were still using or not and gave it to other ladies that were sitting opposite our table.. I was not happy and I do not see my self going back there anytime soon.

Music is always played extremely loud and staff is not enthusiastic. I only go to this wimpy because of people who wants to meet at this establishment otherwise i would never go to this establishment at all.

I visited Wimpy it was Friday evening....the waiter was so rude with attitude. We end up leaving the place. The first approach was like make it fast we are closing soon.make your order now we ask some time to decide she come back again you dont know what you like even now who ever in charge please provide some customer service information it was very bad.

U got a poor service been there on the weekend we checked in on 13:30 till 14 :12 no one came to take orders from us until we decided to leave I ll never ever set my foot again there..

There is no host waiting at the door to greet or give you a menu, waitresses dont pay attention to a guest.

Great service, just made a mistake when I oderd the steak and a 1/4 chicken meal... It was horrible tasteless and the BBQ sauce was horrible, as well as the chips were too dry and tasteless. But its a very clean restaurant!

I had the worst experience at this wimpy. People who came before me and my sister had their food before we did. When our food was delivered my order was wrong and the food was cold. I couldn’t finish my meal. The waiters will just want to call a manager when you trying to get clarity as to why my food is not here and yet I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes... it was breakfast for God’s sake and why was it cold👎🏽

Wimpy is usually ok to eat at. This particular one was exceptional, food was great and the waiter (Teacher) was just on point, even made fun of himself talking back in Tswana to us tourists as we were. Fun times here everytime we arrive in kzn.
