Well for efficient service I give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Friendly staff, fast service and good pizza. My only critical point is processed beef. I personally dont like it. So chicken and salami it was for me. I was told that my order would take 15 to 20 but I was out there in 11 minutes. Oh and they called me to come get my order. Great service Goes a long way....

The parking here is hard to get into and get out of. The store itself is spacious enough but the staff is not very helpful.Im happy that they found a space that is so visible to open a store but I wish they would shape up their staff so they have an exceptional outlet that makes one overlook the little flaws. Ill review it in a few months, hopefully something has changed.

If there were NO stars I would give that rather than one... Was served by a lady called Aiya who was SOOO unfriendly and rude!! She was so grumpy and could see she did not enjoy her job. Made us want to walk out of there and go to Dominoes rather. On top of that she got the order wrong... Very unhappy customer. Wont be going to your branch again. Will support Dominoes or Pizza Hut instead....

I ordered a whole lot of pizzas for a business training event. The staff seemed a bit clueless and one young male server was busy on his phone. I needed it delivered at a specific time and literally 500 metres from their premises. I was told that the driver was there and I gave him explicit directions to my premises. He completely understood, but couldnt find the place and was late, so we had to look for him.

Our pizza was ready far sooner than indicated telephonically so it was cold when I got home!!😒Very reasonable pricing for a single small pizza but taste was just average!

Fast, excellent service staff is very friendly and at the same time delivers the orders fast, no que even in rush hour .

Cashier was not very welcoming. I felt like I was there to beg. It my first and last time buying there. The pizza was good though. Next time I feel like having a romans. I will go to another location.

It Was good and nicely place

I would like to commend the security person/doorman/carguard. I am not sure what he does exactly, but extremely useful. He went in store to find a driver who parked badly, blocking access to free parking. I nearly scratched my car trying to force my way. He asked me to wait. He went in, came back with the driver, problem sorted. I hope the store manager gives him a thumbs-up for this.

All good nothing to rage about however the place was a bit untidy with previous patrons leaving there mess around.

Note its halal no pork on their pizza but great branch....just call first to order parking is kak.

The pizza was incredibly flavourful and the service was great. My concern was the area, but at no point during my visit did I feel unsafe or worried about the area I was in.

I really enjoyed the excellent service I received. The staff are so friendly. My partner and I arrived just before the store closed and the staff were still inviting. Look all Roman pizza outlets have the same great taste, I live for their peri peri chicken. A bonus is that they are gay friendly and have security.

Romans have the best specials when it comes to pizzas and we decided to try this branch for the first time. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient (but parking can be a problem if it is very busy).I ordered 2 large pizzas. The Steak Supreme was too salty and was very dry. The Quattro was a bit better but was also too salty. Its not the worst of pizzas but definitely needs an improvement.

This is the Best Romans Pizza Store ever , even though there was a issue with the Chicken Lasagne once , the manager fixed it , refunded me and went the extra mile fro me on my next purchase , That is what i call 5 star service well done guys.

My love and addiction to romans pizza has now ended! Unfortunately your pizza ruined my 9 year old daughters birthday. The chicken and mayo pizza was sour and the beef and cheese was well i have no words it had no taste. To think i was so excited for pizza and movie day with my daughter for us having to cancel and go out for late lunch. Such a shame

Will never go there again, manager was picking his nose whilst talking to me. Pizza had absolutely no taste. I was given chillies and olive oil relish which was already fermented. 🤯
