This used to be quite a nice place, and the interior was upgraded (so some degree) several years ago by the new owner. A recent visit was rather disappointing. Drink prices are still affordable (in comparison to other local pubs), but the atmosphere has been lost over the years, unfortunately.

Prices have gone up lately, probably like everywhere else. If youre a late nighter, this is the only place ever open until the early hours of the morning. Some good people go here - but beware of undesirables and opportunists: those who have had too much to drink, may also be on drugs, asking you to buy them drinks but who could also attempt more given the chance.

Thought it would be an English pub with the name flagons & Dragons. Not a bad watering hole. A bit small but thats okay. Happy hour specials are decent as well.

Played some pool. Authentic run down pub with one pool table. Main reason we went there. Table not up to standard. Cant comment on the pub itself but the entire establishment is quite small with some suspect looking clientele.
