Convenient location, big range, good staff. There is a Deli which has a range of food stuffs. They also prepare hot meals.

Bad Service. Went in on Tuesday, didnt have stock of an item which is completely fine. They said they had stock at another branch and would have it there the next day which sounded great. Was phoned the following day to say that stock was in. Went in and after waiting around for a while I was finally shown completely different stock to what was talked about and then just shrugging of shoulders like we had not just had this discussion the previous day. My frustration is not that they didnt have stock. Its the fact that if you never had stock just say so. Dont waist peoples time by calling them in to be in the exact same situation as the previous day.

Its a small place but stack a lot of goods in there. I just dont like to ask a staff member every two minutes for a price of an item. Otherwise they have a nice selection of wares to choose from.

I found it really disturbing. A shopper apoarently got hurt in store with some item left ih the way. They did not have a first aid kit in store and could not offer immediate assistance. A guy ahd lady just sat at the till asking to get plasters from somewhere else

Do not go to this shop if you want it to be a quick visit. The cashiers are always busy on their computers despite no one standing in front of them. They ignore you while you wait to be cashed. Do not use the 2x center cashiers as they is an ongoing problem with their dept card machines. Takes forever to conclude the sales. Once they almost double cashed, lucky for me, my phone was with me so I showed the cashier. Cashiers also have a very bad habit of answering their phone while they busy with you. Lastly, DO NOT interact with their supervisor/Manager- young guy with a neat hairstyle. He is absolutely arrogant with a major attitude and lacks customer skills. He will definently rub you up the wrong side.Not a pleasant experience at all.

When I came to the shop I had already struck out at several other plastic suppliers in search of a specific container. When I enquired about the container I was assisted by Martha who was very helpful. She found exactly what I needed, got a trolley and loaded the quantity I specified then helped me find a few other items I had been searching for. It was already a very pleasant shopping experience then to top it off she told me to download stocard and gave me a form to get a 5% discount on my purchases. 👍😁👍 thanks Martha!

There is a new store attached to Just Plastics now... Something like Deli on Intersite. It was nice aside from the extremely rude owner/manager berating her staff right at the entrance, loudly and in front of customers. I really hate people like that. Anyway...

Store is tiny and overcrowded making it difficult to navigate through. Staff are not very helpful with some being blatantly rude. Thankfully this is a store which you visit to get a few basic items and not for the quality of service.

Good plastic container for dry storage. But dont use them in the kitchen. The inside of the container becomes sticky with food processing.

Superb service from their assistant Andrew. I like to get the right sized containers for storing valued items so I took a sample of each product to the store and Andrew went and found suitable containers for me. Saved me an hour. Generally the staff are pretty knowledgeable. Observing a few other customers it became evident they werent aware of the differing levels of product quality and had bought cheap items expecting them to be sturdy. The staff do point this out.

Please be werey as the gaurd in the car park has no manners at all in dealing with customers especially with kids left on the car for a short while. He is very insistant even though he was told that the car cannot be parked far from the building but continued to insist that I move my car so I left instead of supporting this business. Please train your staff in how to deal with customer care. My request was not a ridiculous one at all. Well you just list my business and I might not return in a hurry again.

Spectacularly wide range of plastic products. Nearly everything you could think of is in this store, made of plastic. Although, I did see glass jars and platters so the name of the store is a little misleading.Prices are really high. Even with quality stuff, plastic isnt that expensive. China mall has the exact same stuff for nearly half the price.

Friendly place for all your plastic requirements

This used to one of my favourite places to shop, and on the odd day you stumble on great bargains, but I miss the variety they used to carry. Having said that, I will always pop in there to see whats new, and am almost guaranteed to come out with something I like

This place has Staff that are obviously forgetful or do not know what they sell (in my view the basics any shop assistant should know). They arent that cheap anymore either whereas previously I had considered it a value-for-money found it a good value shopping trip. Chances are that I will find a different plastics shop the next time I need something plastic.
