Experienced racial customer profiling. Asked my colleague to drop me off to shop while he runs other errands in order to save time. I was told no customers who enter on foot are allowed inside. The reason was it is because of people from mjondolo meaning informal settlement. They come to see whats on stock and come back later in the evening to steal!!!!

Receive damaged goods !And yet we are still asked to bring the item back to the store in order for them exchange something that hasnt been checked by their despatch ! Not even packaged properly.Will never recommend anyone to buy online ever again !
