5 stars go to the Pharmacist, Moniera, who is an absolute asset to the Clicks team. She is friendly, professional, follows up on customers and even remembers you (with your mask on). Shes the reason I use the pharmacy at Westwood, even though there are 3 Clicks closer to me.

Saw a product on the 3 for 2 sale today and decided to buy it. Get to the till point to purchase them and the total reflects the ORIGINAL price and NOT the 3 for 2 special. The cashier then called Nomfundo (the manager) to rectify the issue, however Nomfundo had a terrible attitude and COULD NOT give me the items that SUPPOSED TO BE on special because the SYSTEM rang it up at full price. No apology was given from them either. Pathetic manager, pathetic service. Will not be returning.

Horrible service by lady in braids. Was very rude. Hope God helps her treat all customers with respect.

Had a pleasant experience yesterday. A kind and helpful gentleman by the name of Lucky volunteered to stand in the queue and assisted me in obtaining a few items at the pharmacy whilst i was trying to keep my toddler occupied. Even when i felt like i couldnt wait any longer i was further assured that i should make my way to the cashier and he will be there with my items. Way to go on excellent customer service!!

Nice shop never too busy bit low on certain stock items easy to get in and out of quickly which is a big bonus, one lady pharmacist always a pleasure to deal with. Easy parking close to front door with an hour free if u shop at pick n pay. Good specials

Overcharged every time i shopped here got to watch the screen like a hawk.on my last visit the cashier had a attitude and insisted on scanning my items twice when i informed him its been scanned he continued. Clicks still hasnt refunded my overcharge . Keep making excuses this happend in august 2019

A great shop with many useful items. It also has a clinic which is very useful as my family picks up his medication from there when we need.

I went to this store and found it to be the most attractive and clean store,the staff was helpfull,friendly and gave me really good service i would really go there again
