It is such a frustration and total disappointment to see that clicks bluff has such a high level of incompetence. I visited the clinic to get a vaccine today, there was no one at the vaccination application window other staff members behind the counter looked at faced the other way while I was standing waiting to be attended too. After a few minutes standing I went to the next door where the nurse is allocated I enquired about getting vaccinated she was on her way out and spoke as she way leaving walking away with her mask I didnt here what she was saying. I got home and called clicks bluff the person who answered hung up as I had said to her that I was at the clinic for a vaccination and was not attended to I wish to know when I can come back, she hung up and did not return the call. Just disappointing - the staff there are terrible and we will not use this clinic and pharmacy again I will move my medication collection to a different clinic and pharmacy!

I would like to compliment a very sweet individual at the Bluff branch. I was at the store today and he was most helpful. I think his name is Brandon Sibiya. There are very very few retail assistants that are helpful and I must commend this young man on his friendliness and help..I hope he perseveres in life. Well done keep it up Brandon. He was not from the pharmacy but at the tills and in the shopping aisles.

Large store with a huge selection usually clean and staff are helpful. Not enough tellers however and the pharmacy is usually busy so expect que timers of at least 20 minutes

Clicks is my go to store for my monthly toiletries and oh so heavenly products. Great variety of essentials.

Four days without chronic medication for diabetes 😢. Clicks given a heads up 1 week in advance that we would pick up medication. Was told by one of the assistants that the meds are not ready as the script had expired when we called to pick upCouldnt the assistant call and notify sooner and not when we were ready to pick up the medication.Seriously considering an alternate pharmacy.

A nice store when you are shopping on your own unless you need to visit the pharmacy section at the back and you have to meet SOME of the rudest individuals alive. I used to love shopping at clicks but after these bad experiences back to back, I will never be supporting this branch again.

Not good enough have complained but 15 to 20 wait for medication 3 people helping ?

I have called the store a guy by the name of Bradley answered and I asked one question and he cut the call. I tryed like 10 time more after an no response. Every ring take airtime please consider that when not answering customers calls.

I know this is a small store, but oh my word its just absolutely terrible that you cant find hair products whenever you look for them at this store. Not even discounted products. Accorsing to the clicks website certain SHEA Moisturizer hair products are 30% off, but guess what, none of the discounted products were available. I always go there looking for advertised discounted hair products but I never ever find them. EVER! This store should just be closed. Not just hair products, theres been plenty of times I look for things at this branch but never find them.

I called the store this morning and eventually was cut off and I couldnt speak to the pharmacy. Queues are often a challenge because only 1 or 2 cashiers are working!
