The worst service Ive received in my life. The staff are rude and unprofessional, they are condenseding and worst you have to pay for a doctors note. Like how do you pay for a doctors. I asked why do I have to pay for a doctors note, nobody knows. As weak as I am right now, I wish I didnt bother going there to get help. I cant be paying for 2nd grade health care.

The worst service!! The staff is very rude

That old lady whos a nurse is very rude and unprofessional. She really humiliated me and wasnt even referring to any professional working standards. That was my very last visit. I refuse to be disrespected and have my health issues haphazardly assumed and shouted without any professional examination. Im very angry!!!!!!!!

Im at Scala as we speak and i was here since 8am in the morning and its 9:30am we havent got any help from the nurses! Scala service is very bad!!!!!!
