There is never staff around when you need them, the dispensary is extremely slow and the staff seem to have no interest in helping customers. I have just spent 20 minutes waiting to be helped when I was the first customer in the queue purely do to the fact that pharmacists are standing around chatting. One would assume this clicks has the electronic ticket system to be more efficient, however it clearly does not work.

So this morning after working a 12 hour shift I pop into Clicks quickly for my Prescription med Crestor , early at about 08h30.Two people ahead of me also doing their prescriptions .I wait patiently with my ticket .Probably 15 or so mins .A gentleman walks up presses for his ticket .He was not even there for 5 mins and he gets called .I scrunched my ticket up , seriously!!!! .Put the box of gaviscon back and walked out to go to bed .What a waste of time

Really nice staff let down by the time wasting Clicks Pharmacy system. Its not their fault, but the system is absolutely terrible.

I have used several Clicks Pharmacies in my Region ie Upper Highway and have found Lillies Quarters Branch to be the best. Thank you.

I called the pharmacy to inquire if they offer a delivery service & the person who answered was unsure whether they offer this service. He then left me on hold while he went to find out. After waiting for 8 minutes, he came back to the line asking if I needed any help. I had to ask my question again... & he then asked if I wanted to know if I could shop online. I give up...Pretty frustrating

Very rude staff.

The staff in this store are always so grumpy and painful to deal with. You ask a question and you get grunts in response. They always have one price on the shelf and another when it is rung up. Then the ever so untrained staff make it seem like you are at fault.

Absolutely terrible service. The pharmacist has no level of professionalism and appears to have a dont care attitude. I definitely will not be shopping here again....
