Bought a fridge from this store which works perfectly fine. My issue was with the delivery fee which was R400 for a 10 minutes drive. In their website it says that the delivery fee is calculated together with the product purchase price but it wasnt the case with me. When I asked why I was told that the cars dont belong to Russell(but the cars are branded Russell 🤡). Then I went on to ask why this external service provider doesnt have an invoice or anything that reflects this amount, I also didnt get an answer to that. Theres no proof to say that I paid and that they received the delivery money. Communicated with someone from their head office who wasnt of any help at all. Glad to say that I will not be buying from this store, ever again.

I have experience a very bad communication at Russell, sales store manager and truck delivery . I will never ever buy furniture at Russell stores once again angisoze.
