I will avoid this franchise and all other franchises of Cash Crusaders after purchasing a DIXON cordless kettle, having to return it within 2 months not coming on, and waiting since 26-07-2021 for answers on the repair, having called several times! I have emailed their national support with the same query, and they will follow up! The blame of riots, burning of warehouse and faulty stock being sent to Jhb is now sounding like a failing excuse at customer service!

Very helpful staff, made sure I got exactly what I wanted and even tested the items worked correctly before leaving store.

Preloved items at a bargain price

You cant find Their employees when you need assistance, and once they do see you they treat you like a thief. Their products are terrible and Im not talking about their second hand products, I bought brand new Bluetooth headphones from them and they dont work, I went back to return the product and was told the dont reimburse headphones since its not hygienic and should have asked for a check before leaving the store. I highly recommend that you dont even walk in to this store at all.

If I could half star it, I would. Spoke to a lady by the name of Karen if I’m not mistaken. Such a rude individual, absolutely no customer service. Walks away mumbling swear words while I’m waiting on the line for someone to help me. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, all because of one individual.

Hi All. Be on the look out of poor product quality. Just bought a brand new set of head phones for R150. Went back to the store to return them within 2hrs and i was told that the quality of the head phones are normal. Spoke to Ryan who says he is the manager, he has an attitude. Spoke to Robert who was abit helpfull. I strongly suggest you dont support this store. Pay a little bit extra and buy from a reputable store that has a proper return policy. Cash Crusaders return policy is a joke. Make sure you understand how this works before you buy an item from the store. Alternatively dont buy from this store. Westwood Mall Cash Crusaders, as a customer you need service. This store lacks this, from the Manager Ryan to the satff. Do some research and you will get the goods you want from either Game or Makro. I made a mstake buying from here. I am posting this so you dont make the same mistake.

Id like to report terrible customer services by a poorly trained manager and his subordinate. Im unsure of the name of the manager but his subordinates name was Kyle. I had walked into Cash Crusaders and saw a computer I had wished to purchase. It had a price tag already and was on the floor for sale. When I had enquired about it . They had told me it needed to be wiped . I did question why was marked and placed on the floor for sale before they could do such a thing. They had apologized. I was told it would possibly be ready the next day. I had called in the next day . It was not ready. A computer format takes a maximum of 2 hours. I had found it unacceptable after plus, minus 2 week of waiting. I had called around 5 times in the course of 2 weeks. After the 5th time , my mom went into the store to enquire for me because she was in the area. The manager had told her we are very annoying and he will contact us if anything progresses. I was mortified at that response from a trained professional. After the 2 weeks I got a call back from them, saying their technician had fried the pc and that nothing could be done for me. Im cannot believe such a thing can happen(a qualified computer technician not having surge protection?). Personally I think they had underpriced the pc and they had kept it for themselves and fed me some sop story. I am extremely disappointed in this service. I am a masters student in the field of law. We usually support cash crusaders a lot but not after this fiasco.
