Had the worst experience. Very disappointing to be precise. Made an order at 11am for delivery at my work place since our lunch break is at 12 it is now 13:05 still nothing. Been calling but all Im getting is excuses with each person Im referred to. This is really unacceptable. POOR SERVICE!!

First time ordered from pedros isipingo...disappointing!we are a business based in the Isipingo area.delivery came trough and I had first asked to check the order ..to which the driver replied money first...!!???I replied that order needs to be checked to insure that all is in order etc.anyways phoned trough to manager and explained that simple things like greeting a customer and knowing and gauging each client goes along way in customer services.....appetite lost..(didnt end up eating so cant say much about the food although other branches were great)!
