The meals are tasty. But the service is slow. This store always dont have stock of things.They portions are much smaller than they Overport branch

The food was amazing. Really enjoyed it. Only the chips was abit cold and less for large chips.

We normally enjoy food from Pedros. However, today is the first time we ordered for delivery from Pedros itself. We waited for over an hour and a half and still no food. Furthermore, we wasted airtime calling the shop only to hear the driver is on his way twice. The food is good, the delivery service is inefficient.

The chicken salad wrap is really good and refreshing but the time taken to serve the people over the counter and the time waiting for the food is just not on.... this place either needs more staff because they cant cope with the amount of people coming into the store.

The New Pedros was buzzing yesterday (27/8/21)Long queue but understandable since it was opening day. Great Specials, enjoyed the hot and spicy chicken.

I made an order for dilivery and after noticing they were 30 min late I phoned them to make sure my order went through, they were extremely rude telling me to just wait because the driver is coming not caring that they are running more than 30 min late at this point, I do not recommend them for delivery. Then when the order arrived an hour late, it was missing two portions of large chips.

The price of the meals are reasonable and now that we are experiencing a financial crunch. Ill advice you to take your partner or family to this establishment for a very tasty but affordable meal. Theres a meal to suit your pocket. The facilities are clean and all Covid protocols are followed. Also excellent service and friendly staff will make your outing and enjoyable one 👍🏼

I was extremely disgusted by the fact that the chicken still had some feathers on it. We ordered no skin with coleslaw however they still had the skin on and instead just threw in overcooked wedges instead of coleslaw. Your staff cannot take down orders properly and your telephone lines are hopeless. You cannot be serving chicken with feathers to customers. Your quality has significantly deteriorated since your store opened.

I would like to complement the stuff on there professionalism and there services...due to covid protocol it was on par ...the food was on time and the stuff was absolutely friendly ..I would differently go back there ..thnk u guys and well done ...

The chicken is divine, never had a problem with it but when u call and order, dont expect to recieve ur order on time! When they are busy they cant handle the pressure. Sad

Currently sitting at pedros in chatsworth for over 30 minutes waiting on my order. There’s 3 cashiers assisting a customer at a time with all the food already been prepared and left to get cold and the response is that the orders will be packed when they have the chance.The store needs a manager ASAP as there is no order at all.

Great tasting food BUT service is despicable, tried to call in for 30 mins but noone answered, when I arrived at the restaurant the phone rings off the hook with noone attending to it, alot of the stuff I tried to order was not available, eg green salad, 2lt coke, Portuguese buns was substituted for sesame buns!!

Chips were hard and discolored, fried in old oil definitely,,bad,,very bad

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a meal for delivery. Waited an hour ..phoned n was told order was on its way. Waited 30 minutes called back only to be told there was an order but no address or contact details yet i distinctly gave it. Manager was unhelpful cudnt do anything to assist or help..staff need to be trained properly on how to answer the telephone and take orders. Also on customer service because it is non existent. The person who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful.Will advise family n friends not to waste their time and money ordering from PEDROS.
