Purchased a mxq 4k smart box. Picture quality was not even 720p terrible quality . Went back the next day. Other customers also where in store to return the box. They charged me a 20% surcharge because I returned a smart box that I wasnt happy with the picture quality. I wouldnt recommend buying anything electronic from them. Bad service

Dishonest and no integrity. They advertise name brands on special but on purchase they give you generic stuff and claim there was a mistake with advert that is placed in their very own shop window. I asked manager to remove advert and he just ignored me.

These guys know nothing about customer service.I asked for a cable instead if getting up from where they were sitting and showing me what I was looking for they point to some corner and I kept on asking where cos I couldn’t see where they were pointing to . Ncncnc it is that bad.

I walked in Cornubia sound tech storeWaste expenerice ever, I will never buy from there again.There is 2 guys run that shop, there attitude is ridiculous. The one dark guy thinks he knows it all.I asked for a vga, I am been threatened once he sells. There is no return.Where is the sense in this, this 2 guys need more sells experience before running that shop. I asked for something basic and it cost 250RNext door it was 120R with good sells. I will never buy from sound tech again. NeverYour are the worst people and company ever to deal with.

Terrible service and attitude especially from staff member Mark.The manager Ameen is not fit to be a manager. Why he is there is beyond me.First and foremost,no proper greeting. As if he was doing us a favor by being there.Had an issue with a tv box. Took it in. Supposedly fixed. Stopped working again. Went back in and they without asking too many questions, say it is out of warranty. I am trying to explain that this was an existing problem and Mark speaks to me and my wife in a very condescending tone. Never attempt to test it. Worst service ever. Its not always about the money as I explained to them. Will never recommend them to anyone.Called another branch and asked for the director to call me. 26 hours later,I am still waiting.the staff need proper products training and customer service training . Very disappointed

Terrible service from an employee named Mark. This employee sold us a broken hardrive which was returned in the stipulated time. He claimed repairs were done by a technician but upon reviewing the hardrive this was not the case and now refuses to take the broken hardrive back.

They had the item that I required so I bought it.Would not go back and would not want to recommend this store to people after I was treated today.The store attendant waved his finger at me as if I was 3 years old and insisted that I could not being it back if it does not work and asked me if I know very well what it was that I was asking for. I actually felt guilty about making the purchase since it seemed to upset him.

Didnt have what I was looking for but well stocked with most electronic peripherals. From audio, cellphones and extras to satellite tv, android boxes and cabling.
