You people are cheats. I get charged r200 extra the following month if my debit order doesnt go through even though I pay immediately after noticing. Now you want to charge me r200 again this month even after my debit order successfully went through and I have records of this. Whyyyyy???

Ive had terrible problems with my account with payment not being allocated. I was advised to do eft instead of paying at spar so I do eft and telkom disconnects me no robot call either. I phone and try explaining everything ask for a supervisor 42 mins later Im still holding. Its not like I didnt pay I did I have proof Ive sent proof of payment no return call of email.After more than 15 years with telkom Im seriously considering finding another fiber company. Do they have so much business that they dont need the residential business

Went to the store on Monday to upgrade my data contract. Signed all the documents and was told that I will have to come back to pick up my laptop and router. Received a call back from nicolene the agent that assisted and told me that tech support didnt get back to her to release my devices. Ended up calling to retentions to find out what is the story. Was told that the manager of the store will call me back in regards to a solution. The retentions agent called me back this morning stating that she didnt get a reply from the store and noticed that my upgrade was cancelled. Is this the type of service that a telkom store gives to their customers that pay their salary. Worst service ever. The manager didnt even call me. Nor did his agent.

Telkom service as a hole is horrendous but this branch takes the cake...extremely slow! How can I take 35minutes to simply purchase a data bundle??? Telkom you need to do better for your customers, seriously!

I received excellent service, by Mvuyi Mgudu. She had the knowledge in the field in which she consultants with prompt service and friendly face. It was nice to have someone who knew what to do.

The service there is horrible to say the least.The consultants by the door have attitude when they get to you if they are not having a conversation of their own.There is one in particular who has hips and relaxed hair who was chewing her gum with no care not even looking at customers when talking to them.My patient self carried on trying to ask when can we check or what can we do , she was not interested but just looked bored from us coming in.Its a pity they are not wearing name tags which is alarming on its own.They rush to say the system is offline without even listening to what you are saying luckily my boyfriend asked another indian guy(didnt get name) at till no 6 who made and effort to assist is and let us know when can we come back.It is a shame because there are many people who are unemployed and need the job that can do even better and respect where they are than the ridiculous service we are getting.Train your staff more especially if they are at the face of the brand as the level of service right now is unacceptable 🙄.

I would like state that telkom stores in general have the worst service from any service provider Ive dealt with, especially the west street store, the manager did not even have the courage to face anyone with a Que going around the building.It took 2hrs just to buy data

My only concern is that, i can not get through the landline or customer helpline or customer care, even on google there no TELKOM CUSTOMER CARE where ill be able to phone and be assisted with the services and following up on my contract agreement i signed with yall. I got years using Telkom and I love yours services but the reason why Im not giving five stars is: Telkom has only one store in Durban central(weststreet) a busy street in town! which is different from other network companies like Mtn/Vodacom/Cellc, They got more stores in town and Im sure their customers are happy of that.this Telkom west street store is always busy.I have to be there before opening time everytime I need a fast service for avoiding standing on a long queue.what we ask from Telkom, May you guys open others stores in town for customers facility?Thanks

When I finally found the store as theres no signage in the main street had to ask people where it was it was. It isneat and the staff were very helpful but with all Telkom Direct stores their major problem is that you stand for a very long time in the queue some stores have no or very little seating so you can Wait Your Turn

The service is very very bad,it said in the ticket ESTIMATED WAITING TIME 17MINUTES I WAITED FOR MORE THAN HALF HOUR, THERE WAS ONLY TWO PEOPLE BEHIND COUNTER AND THE QUE WAS VERY LONG WHICH IS VERY VERY BAD,THEY GOT FOUR CONSULTANT TABLES WITH ONLY TWO CONSULTANTS HELPING,EUGENE IS THE MOST HELPFUL ONE THERE THE OTHERS NOT SO BAD???
