Unfortunately matrix has gone in support and available stock and up in prices. A once affordable and pleasure to to shop at company has sadly taken a fall. Maybe when Covid has gone they will be back to normal

The multi led sign outside was more technical than the bumbling and socially awkward assistants.Microscopic product selection and a lot of cheap import products sold at elevated pricesIf computer mania was in KZN I would have easily gone to them but it seems you strapped for choice.Wouldnt return

Service was good but they dont tell you that the technical side is closed for the day. I was just lucky as I wanted to leave the technician just walked into the shop as he was on a call out and was not answering his phone. Otherwise all went well. Was given good advice too.

Terrible service . Went in to return a pc mouse. Renton and TJ refused to accept the return , saying the manager bianca is not in,only she is allowed to authorize a credit . I must come back another day . Went back again 2 days later , manager was not in again . But this another helpful salesperson credited me .Time and petrol is of utmost value. Therefore I will not be supporting Matrix Anymore .

No matter which city I visit in South Africa, Ill always make sure to check Matrix warehouse for computer parts, accessories and cabling requirements. Ive received excellent service from Woodmead, JHB... Springfield, DBN... and Musgrave, DBN thus far.They had cables and accessories which other so-called Tech stores didnt even know existed such as Displayport converters/cables and MHL cables.Need something that they dont stock in-store? Theyll find it, quote you and order it for delivery within a week.Keep up the good work!
