Great service when you buy an item from them. Friendly service and knowledgeable sales people. But once the item left the shop, dont expect fast assistance if there is a problem.

Bought a Diamond TV, 2months out of warranty lost picture, had it repaired at a cost of R1045, this was done by a very reputable company in Empangeni, 3 weeks later same problem, sorted again at no cost, same problem again now, we are pensioners and have purchased a few items, but am totally disappointed with the quality of the product, it is either food or TV, and because of costs of housing stay in a room on a farm, our only entertainment was the TV 📺, we are devastated
