No matter what refund terms and conditions you received when ordering online, be prepared for this store to invent their own terms that you were somehow supposed to know about and abide by!Returning online orders is a nightmare at the store. Expect 45-60 minutes of pleading your case with the staff and management while they try every excuse in the book to not refund you.If you have the time and are persistent however, I have found that you stand about a 60% chance of getting your money back.
