I recently purchased an emergency light from them. It required charging and once plugged in the item started smoking, I immediately unplugged it. Today I took it back to the store. They said they would not replace the unit or refund as this fault was caused by water damage. This I find difficult to understand as the unit was not used at all.In reply to your message.I agree the unit started smoking as soon as I plugged in in as well!This then says its was a faulty unit to begin with and not a fault on my side.Ill stop by the shop so we can then test another unit to see if we get the same result.See you later

I like the quality of some of there products but not all.Over all a very nice store indeed
