Wow… what an experience. Came down for a promotion. Staff went out of their way to make sure we left walking out the store with happy smiles… highly recommend, alot of promotions and friendly staff.

Sad.08/10/21 Response.Listen, the number you have listed on google, no one answers/invalid when dialed.You waste my time and I have incurred cost, I travel 25km on 4th October 2021 to buy an item that only your store had in stock. I arrive at 5pm only to be turned away as a result of stock take. 6pm is listed as the closing time, I had attempted to call beforehand.Will not spend 1 more cent at this branch.

Game Westwood is one of the good Game Stores. You can get everything from fitness equipment, appliances, groceries, etc. However; if youre coming from somewhere far, its best you call the store to check if they have what youre looking for because you sometimes find that they do not have certain items(sometimes).

Called Westwood Game twice looking to speak to salesman. No answer and switchboard not taking the call again. Was going to buy a washing machine but will go else where now. They must be doing really well to treat potential customers this way.

Worst customer service ever!!!3 hours to process the sale of a TV. If you want to experience incompetence at its best, please visit this store.

Found what I needed quite quickly. Was really impressed with my experience with the Pavillion Game last week. The assistant went out of her way to accommodate us.

I called the Westwood Game store to enquire about a printer. When I asked if they had stock they simply said no and said I should check with Pavilion. I layer checked the Game website which showed that the store did in fact have stock. Very disappointed that the staff did not check for stock nor offered to check with their branch store. Very lazy!

Poor service! There is not even one staff assisting with store cards... i am very dissappointed,in such a big store!

Excellent service. Only disappointment is that we were hoping to also get the Trojan Elliptical Cycle for R2000 as advertised last week but apparently we missed that special. Still hoping the special will come around again very soon as I wanted to gift my daughter for her birthday.

A pleasure to shop here. Clean, well stocked and efficiently managed. Sales personnel extremely helpful and well informed. Probably the best Game Store in Durban.

One of the best Game stores I have ever visited! So neat and tidy, with everything that you expect at Game. Also very little traffic in this store so very easy breezy!

We struggled to find a staff member on the floor to help us with an item and waited for a long time until someone came. Then we were made to believe that the sales person had given us a discount and then asked for something on return when actually it was their price beat policy to give us the discount. And when we refused to give the sales person a gift they got really upset with us. It wasnt a pleasant experience.

A store that usually isnt as busy as the gateway store. Excellent place to go if you want to avoid a game store or mall with super high volumes of traffic.

Pathetic store. Be careful! They lie about having stock when buying appliances, then after they have your money they make you wait for weeks and still do not deliver the item you paid for!

Was expecting it to be busy but it wasnt so obviously Black Friday weekend hasnt been great however, the service was shocking.... waited more than 45mins to be served in the big appliance section, even after complaining twice!

Game always living up to its got it all reputation for years! Prices still competitive and always great bargains on TVs, fridges vans n now stockists of grocer goods!

Rather disappointing. The lifts dont work to the basement for the car wash..there was barely any access to go back to fetch the car .had to physically walk around the entire mall to fetch the car and a guard tried to assist. The exits and entrances also closed in many places. The lighting is extremely bad and darkness prevails in most of the parking areas and basement. I dont even think this meets safety requirements.

Smaller than most game stores bit still has about all that a game store should have. Customer service is not the best. I would suggest to rather go to pavilion if you can, much better customer service.

Not busy at all. One can be done with shopping in less than 10 minutes. Westwood Mall in addition has ample parking which is a plus.

Unfortunately Game is no longer is Game when it comes to Game. Their sports section used to be one of the best for affordable School sports equipment, sadly a new national buyer has messed up a great department. Game is still a great place to go for affordable appliances, hardware etc.

Went in to buy a digital camera, had to walk to other departments to try and find a sales assistant, only to find out he knew nothing about the product, neither did his colleague. Bought the camera anyway only to be satisfied that it did have the features that the assistants said it did not have.... Pointless having assistants that are not there when you need them and uninformed about products

Not a big fan of games look and feel. Gives me a feeling of an American supermarket. Staffs moral at a Game store always negative. Prices looks better. But still have a long way to go.

The staff are very unfriendly and do not help at all.. there is generally only one till open and a queue to wait in to pay

One advantage though is the location.... never too busy to shop there. Ample parking and less traffic

They dont answer the phones and when they do ,they are they are too exhausted to speak and when transferring calls nobody picks up ,yet its not a very busy store .

This store has most of the essentials one would expect at a game store and the service is relatively ok. However, often then not they are under stocked. But overall it is a good one stop shop which is hardly full so queues are not that much of an issue.

Walk in walk out very quick and convenient for shopping . Situated right at the entrance of the mall for quick and easy shopping .... not very helpful staff. Hardly see the staff in their allocated aisle.. got to go staff hunting when you have a query .. very frustrating ....

Almost every time I go to game to buy items on special there is always a number of them out of stock. Often on the first day of the special. Not only westwood. Pretty much All game stores.

The service at the returns counter was quite slow. However the shop is well stocked and they have value for money bargains.

One of the best places to shop as the mall doesnt get too busy. If you suffer from claustrophobia or dislike large crowds, this mall is perfect for you.

Its convenient and close to my work. The service is not so good the staff is not very helpful when you having problems finding something on the shelves.

Westwood is very convenient for me and has all the shop I need to complete my shopping

Not the best could do better by cleaning up. More assistance from staff cant find them.
