Great ServiceThe staff at Next Chapter are well trained. They welcomed my Hubby and myself, with all the staff at the door greeting and smiling. They were very patient and gave us great service. The cocktails were perfectly made and our food was delicious they also got my hubbys steak perfect. I will diffidently recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had such a great time with my Sister. It was her birthday and the Staff together with the Manager made it really special for her. The food was amazing! Good selection of Cocktails and just all around great atmosphere and excellent service.

Went there for the first time for mothers day. Didnt have the best experience. Both mom and i had under done chicken. But the manager was really helpful.

Reasonably priced meals, below R100. I enjoyed their smoothie, service was a bit slow but we were there on a fairly busy morning/mid-morning. We all enjoyed our meals. Its a convenient spot for quick meetings,or quick meals, no frills and thrills, it is set up like a sports bar or gave that feel. Not my scene, but quite okay. No complaints.

Staff greeted us politely.. we were seated, served and checked on regularly.. food was hot and tasty, portions were huge.. will definitely go back... it was a little noisy but bustling over lunch time and once the food arrived it didnt bother me.. but then.. im a farm girl and not use to the city

Chicken Limone (sp) was amazing! Club sandwich was pretty good not great. Been for breakfast a couple of times which has been very good. Service is excellent, attentive staff

Our experience at the Next Chapter was very sweet and short. We decided to pop in for breakfast. My boyfriend and I each having the Bacon Benedict. It was delicious & Creamy. Our waittress was very friendly. Service was also very fast. The menu itself was not downzised due to the current pandemic which was a plus + compared to other restaurants. All in all, great place to vibe with friends or family.

Not one for complaining but worst place i have ever set foot in!!!! After standing infront of the door waiting for service i had to go find someone just to ask for a menu. Waiter has no decency to greet or have any interest to serve us being rude we decided to rater walk out.

If you are sick of too much fast food everywhere, this restaurant might give you some more healthier options. Food was tasty but still they use a bit too much of fat sauces and oil. Service was great. Still certain processes take too long. All together they deserve a good 4 star rating.

The waiter dropped water on my girlfriend and he just left no helped. The owner took out pictures for their Instagram and Facebook page. But didnt share. maybe she didnt like us because we are an interracial couple. She only shared other white couples pictures.food was raw. Mince was not cooked. I really battled to eat food.

First of all, the place has a great vibe. Beautiful people coming to relax and sip on some good wine.My main concern was the service! It felt as though the waitresses are only nice to people of a certain level. People who look like average or lower income earners (like us 😂), were not given good service. Our waitress had a stinking attitude. We waited very long for our food. My meal was quite simple but it took ages to get to my table. The waitress hardly ever came to check on us. We asked her to change our glasses, which she did but that also took some time.The food didnt taste bad, but it wasnt to die for either. Our pizza was served without the standard pizza condiments, we had to ask and that also took some time.We asked if we could change our seats to an outside table, the waitress rudely said naah🙄. Overall, i dont think Ill be going back anytime soon.

Was recently here for a friends surprise party, we received great Service from Nathi(manager) during our planning. The drinks were awesome and so were the platter, even though they did take long to serve them, it was all worth it at the end.

The food was a little slow being served but the manager came over and kept us informed of the holdup which made all the difference in making sure his customers were happy. Its Beautiful, clean, elegant. Their staff was very friendly, it was as if we have know each other for a long time. They have got a loooooot of options to choose from on their menu. Have a beautiful deck from which to view Florida road and eastern Durban areas. Diverse menu and drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Parties are well catered for with well social distanced tables. The kitchen is fast and churns out delicious food.

After a walk down Florida Road, we opted to share the vegetarian tapas board at Next Chapter.We were greeted by a tired and unhappy looking host who took us to a table where we sat unattended for 20 minutes. Okay, no issue. It was a busy night. I eventually woke up to ask someone for assistance which came a few minutes later.We ordered, waited another 25 minutes to get a vegetarian tapas board that consisted of overly deep fried zucchini chips which were soaked in oil, a dollop of feta cheese, 4 small pieces of garlic bread, deep fried olives and 4 pieces of fried halloumi cheese. All of which should have taken not more than 10 minutes to prepare. We got our food 5 minutes after we spoke to the manager who was seemingly the only efficient staff member working that night.Mediocre food and service. Overpriced menu. Not going back anytime soon.

Out waiter was very rude and preference was given to people ordering alcohol since we were ordering coffee.. I tried their amarula coffee and hated it..my sister had coffee with coconut milk the chocolate shavings and spinklrs were forgotten (order was incomplete) as she had it before so she knew. The restaurant is very nice.I would like to try them again..we had to leave because we didnt feel valued.
