The older indian gentleman was very loud and rude to me. He said it wasy fault that I didnt tell him I had rented a Tempest car and not Europcar however I picked my car up from Europcar at King Shaka and the car keyring had the Europcar logo.

Quick efficient and friendly.

Shocking service by a bunch of crooks. They charged me R300 to fill up with petrol even though the tank was full. Although they actually signed the paperwork that everything was fine when I dropped off the vehicle. I emailed them for an explanation but have never heard back. Use Woodfords instead of these clowns

I hired through insurance... The vehicle I was given was heavy on fuel as well... It was so strange to be driving something that was the complete opposite of mine...

They charged us R200 extra per day then what was stipulated absolutely ridiculous. Will never use them again. Will be laying a major complaint tomorrow.
