Incredible: you call their landline number as listed on the Internet and are asked the usual press 1, press 2, etc. Then, no matter what you press you hear a recorded voice that asks you to dial another number!?! Without a doubt theyve got it all wrong and I suggest they should be re-thinking from scratch their customer approach and what sort of inefficiency and confusionary message they convey to their potential customers by adopting a weird answering system like that!!! I ended up giving up calling them and used the service of a competitor...

I still have not been billed for the car I rented and returned a week ago.I asked one of the ladies to book a taxi for me as I had no transport.She was clueless and I had to guide her.I ended up waiting over an hour in Avis.Service is gone down from the last time I was there.
