Improving center... Pot holes in the mall drive way have been fixed, side entrance to the mall entering near shell has been opened. Increasingly becoming a useful and decent mall for nearby residents and workers again, clicks, Ackerman, Pep, shoprite has raised their standards, worthy place to shop.

Unorganized and cannot communicate properly with customers. Advertising and not having the product plus you cant at least have a rain check mxm

From the time you enter and the time you leave, its just a bad experience.. Security is rude, the guy at the bakery is more interested in chatting to his colleagues than helping you.. Would only go there if I am desperate

Given that the place has been under renovations for the past 6-8 years youd expect that at some point theyre going to fix that dreaded maze of potholes you have to navigate when entering the parking.

This mall is falling apart and people must be careful walking here. In this mall there is a small shop next to Pep Stores that couple selling clothing they beautiful people. If you go up there is a chemist with beautiful professional staff always willing to help. Then you will get a family restaurant Green Chilly family this people make awesome food they clean very friendly. By Shoprite there is also a lot of drunk people hanging around and you get robbed. People must be careful walking at night in this mall.

Shoprite Newlands and the Newlands city shopping centre is the most disgusting shopping centre compared to the other areas. Its a place I go to if o need something in desperation. I dont shop there at all I drive to the pavilion or checkers Virginia or hyper by the see. All the promises about a beautiful shopping centre👎👎

We had the most delicious doughnuts from the bakery made by the bakers Desmond and Radha. I am a teacher at Roseland Primary. We order cakes and hotdogs for our school fun days throughout the year. Well done Shoprite Newlands. Our children really enjoyed these treats. Thank you Pam Orie.

Beside the bad service most of the goods did not have prices. Food stuff looked so stale dry. Store llooks terrible. Left the trolley and walked out

This supermarket is stuck in the 90s unfortunately. While its not actually dirty, it looks that way from age.The centres revamp seems to be halted as well.

When I walk in they always call security.then you have 3 guards chasing all around the isle.im colored so im suspicious.some kind of racism but i dont care.their deli wow...the deli.go see for yourself
