This pnp lacks management. Their staff do as they please. Even after approaching the manager, nothing gets done! Staff either smoke up a storm or make hell of a racket in the loading area without any consideration for the flats behind. When they are loading goods it sound like they are throwing items into the store. We still await a response about staff playing soccer in the loading area. Staff are arrogant and rude!

Always do my shopping here and the reason I keep coming back, is that its quite and secluded, the staff are friendly, theyre well stocked and have everything I need, parking is reasonably priced, and always a welcome surprise on items that Im there to get, as they are on special.

This Pick n Pay is neat, organised and the staff are very friendly. Their lunch time subs and salads are great for healthy eating decisions. Shelves are well stocked. Enjoy shopping here.

Quite a good store as Pick n Pays go. Good selection of foodstuffs and clean inside. Not long waiting time to check out either. not bad at all, would recommend the store.

Great shopping experience. All Covid-19 protocols are observed by all members of staff. I like the security guard more; he makes sure that if he missed you when you enter, he will call you so that you should not miss the chance to have your hands sanitized. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wasnt sure if Pick N Pay offers bus booking services and the lady who assisted me was very patient with me and the system which gave her a real attitude as it was slow and could not give her information I needed. Thanks for for making my day 💕

What a lovely little centre we walked around and the place is lovely lots of parking and the fish Restaurant was magnificent.

I went especially there on Saturday to buy an Aromax packet and it was out of stock.What a disappointment. Should have trusted my gut and rather went to my usual Pick & Pay outlet. I mean it is the busiest time of the year!!! Keep your stock up to date. I am not pleased with this inconvenience. Will rather bypass this shop in the future.

The shop is always clean and their food on the deli tastes great. They always have something new on their ready-to-eat meals. i recently tried their Broccoli and Chicken bake, and it was divine!!! I do not recall being in a queue of more than 4 people. all tills works . keep up the great work guys.

The layout of the store makes queuing for tills with social distancing protocols very difficult- other patrons are pushing past you because youre blocking the aisles. It makes shopping in an otherwise very nice shop rather uncomfortable.

Just did our first online order. Order was ready for collection within the hour and everything ordered was available. Will definitely be shopping like this again. Thank you.

Excellent small Pick n Pay (Family Supermarket) excellently managed by Ross Henry. It’s the only Pick n Pay that I know if that has both a “Pensioners Day” and a “Virgin Active Day” (swipe your Virgin Active card) - both giving 5% discount. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and after quite a few years, we’re treated like family. 👍

Never had problems here till today should you not have a sign up if customers are limited on buying. And one staff in particular was very rude telling me im not allowed to take anymore .pick n pay isnt a wholesaler i should go there. Never had an issue from buying at pick n pay Westwood mall any quantity even when on special. Obviously you can do without the business.
