Highly Disappointed with service recieved or should i say, not received today. My mum owns a tuckshop and we are loyal customers of Albany for many years. With the past weeks unrest, we and the community have been without bread. We placed an order for 23 loaves, with loyal customers patiently awaiting fresh bread. No delivery was made. Numerous calls were made, from 8am this morning up to this afternoon after 3pm. Having Only now getting a hold of someone, and I am told, theres no bread. When asked about the order i placed yesterday , i recieve poor explanations and excuses that roads were blocked, which were untrue as other tuckshops in the area have recieved orders. When i tried placing an order for tomorrow, i was told its too late, and that i can only place an order tomorrow between 8 and 10am. Yet no one answers the telephones. I am very upset at the lack of service received. Especially in the face of crisis, we expected better.

Just witnessed a Albany truck driver urinate at the loading area of Pick n pay hyper by the sea at 0820 hrs, across the road is a pre school and Church, when finished never even washed his hands also, got into truck and drove off this is kind of ignorance is handling the food that we eat

I was driving along Waterloo Spar, Verulam this morning about 7h30 where one of your delivery van was speeding and recklessly driven. As the turned into Spar the truck assistant screamed at me. I followed the vehicle and he stopped at BP Waterloo to deliver. Please check the tracking report and revert. The region no was Nd 54472. If taken down properly

Good morning, whilst Im a loyal supporter of Albany bakeries, Im rather perturbed at the inconsiderate parking patterns displayed by one of your truck drivers. I reside in Montford, Chatsworth and at 6:20 am, I exit from rd 722 onto rd 701 and a truck delivering to a tuck-shop simply parks on the extreme corner, on the wrong side of the road, and offloads his wares. Road 701 is extremely busy and as a result of this, I almost collided with another vehicle because I could not see vehicles approaching from the left. Please could you address with the driver in question, before he causes an accident.
