Id like to find out please what are the steps to follow if youre not happy with a product that got delivered to you?. The bar one cake I ordered is exactly dry, quite hard and it basically tastes like a cake thats been inside the fridge for too long. Im always happy with my orders but this cake really let me down and its my daughters birthday but now were left with no cake because we cant eat this 1 please assist.

A manager named Lindo knows how to treat his customers with dignity and respect as well as shows he appreciates his customers. Going as far as carrying a 6 pack of milk from the aisle on the opposite side of the shop all the way to the cashier, out of courtesy.Well done Lindo, the Shoprite group needs more managers like you👌👏👏

Thank you to RETHABILE (cashier) and PHUMZILE (packer). I was very happy that they were both wearing masks and correctly.They were both friendly and helpful; offering my elderly grandmother a chair and going to price a vegatable that I had forgotten to.It is a big improvement with most staff wearing masks as compared to a few months ago with almost no staff wearing masks/correctly and several complaints to the management falling on deaf ears.

I shop at the Reservoir Hills Checkers quite frequently..Ive encountered issues with their products and pricing on various occasions....However todays issue stands out the most! (25 April 2021)I picked a pack of bananas of the shelf (there was a sticker on the box which stated that the price of the product was R27.99 with the sell by date being the 2 May 2021).I get to the till and the cashier lets me know I needed to now pay R35.99...I had then asked the chasier why the product has a different price from what had been brought up on the screen... after much debate I asked for the manager.Having had to wait 10minutes just for the manager to get there, she then tells me;● At Checkers they dont use stickers they use a barcode... and theres nothing she could do about the pricing.● She there after said the sticker was stating Checkers sell by date and not the pricing of the product● Her story then changed to the sticker was put there by the supplier and its not a checkers sticker.As a frequent customer I find this to be an annoying experience. Firstly because that is false advertising.Secondly, the manager could not get her story straight (is the sticker the sell by date, if so why does this also have a price there OR is the sticker not at all a Checkers sticker then why is it on the product)...As a customer buying a product please do not falsely advertise!!!It really isnt about the money, its about the principle behind the matter!

If you pay and treat your staff right, there would be no strikes all the time.

Its a mall close to University of Kwazulu-Natal Westville campus. Students buy most of their groceries there.

Fast and easy shopping

The shops and pricing is good. Center management needs to pick up their game. Too many people stop right in front while traffic is backed up. This becomes very frustrating. Car guards need to intervene and direct traffic. Its a battle if you need to use the bathrooms. No one at the basement prepared to assist with coins. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more frequently.

Absolutely disgusted by the way the staff treats the customers! The cashiers give you unnecessary attitude for no reason. The food isnt all that great, even there fruits dont look fresh and the place wasnt all that clean and neat. NEVER making the mistake of buying there ever again. Ive been there twice, and on both accounts Ive had such terrible experience. Management needs to do something about their staff, because honestly I wont tolerate buying food thats been there for God knows how long and then on top of that be insulted by the staff. If you dont want your day ruined DONT GO THERE!Oh and parking is a nightmare! 👎

The cake section has flies sitting on the cakes as staff dont close the glass windows properly.

Excellent store, during big sales they are not chaotic. Ive noticed the staff work well and insure that there are less confusion for all. Items are also neatly kept with no flies on products.

Amazing parking space. Very safe. Open until late(around 9) which accommodates for those that work till dark. staff are very friendly and ready to help. The shop is constantly clean and hygienic. They stock everything from food items to stationary to homeware etc.

It was my first time visiting the store during this lockdown.Must say staff were all adhering to rules with cleanliness.Tellers at pay points however need to work faster!

Shopping there is fine, the problem is the meat section its smells bad, they dont sell fresh meat. I once bought brisket when i cooked it worms cameout i never bought meat from there again

Social distancing was not too good. l am pensioner but pushed twice by other customers. Young lady just dashed me with trolly and moved on. No sorry, instead full of attitude. I am not disabled . l was just looking at items l needed. What can l say respect is not in anyones voculabory.

I went to buy the full chicken and drinks. R74.99 so i bought. as i arrive at home the full chicken is rotten and it was already late couldnt go back there as i had used uber to go there. waste of my money.This is not the 1st time disappointed with them 1st was buying frozen chicken and was in the fridge only to find out it was rotten. their fridges r not ptoperly working.

Coming to buy a few cases of coke and coo ee at the normal selling price. Refused to give me what I asked for. Wanted to give me less. If it was on special I will understand. But is was the normal price. Therefore I decided to drive a bit further, get good service as well as the quantities I asked for. Well done Checkers, Reservoir Hills. Your service sucks!!!!!

The bakery has flies sitting on cakes as the glass isnt closed properly (noticed this on multiple occasions) and bought sweet meat with mould on it. Please inspect things carefully when buying. Otherwise, its a decent store.

Yeah how can u advertise for a platter on the store walls and not keep the meats that go in the platter. And the bakery is dirty af. I have seen a guy drop about 5kg of dough on the floor and pick it up and still use it to make some kinda bread and the flies love cake from what i see everytime i walk past the bakery

Checkers, clicks pep store and the optometrist have good customer service. Nandos is terrible, premium priced but terrible quality compared to other nandos branches, although staff are friendly enough. Unfortunately driving in and out is a nightmare.... the customers that support the centre are arrogant, self absorbed and self entitled and it shows by the blatant disregard for the rules of the road, and to each other, did I even mention the terrible parking? Centre management doesnt even clamp badly or illegally parked vehicles... Center management team is terrible. ....the centre is good, the people that shop there make the experience an utter turn off. Give it a miss. Its not worth the hassle.

The store and the Mall as a whole is rather dark and dingy. The mall constantly looks untidy and in need of a good clean which is not helped by the constant masses just aimlessly hanging about. The public facilities are a pay per visit style which is quite inconvenient but I suspect its in place to avoid unwanted visitors and abuse of the premises. I only visit the mall when I have no other option.

I like these placed. It has everything you need for the house and more. The service is good plus the tills are always serviced.

Very friendly staff. What i dislike is the amount of people traffic in front of the store. Its does not have the capacity for stands etc. Pretty annoying trying to navigate through the crowd to get tp the store.The lotto/SAASA/money market line needs to be manned better instead right now it adds to the crowd already outside.

Mall located in a central place. Has good parking spaces. Its Close to taxi rank too. Has a pharmacy, and many restaurants within its building. Has many ATMs too

Security is not visible. Lots of incidents of remote jamming and in some cases vehicle theft.Overall its a very convenient mall to shop. Management should work on getting professional security company and not rely on untrained car guards.

The bakery has nice freshly baked goodies, enjoyed a doughnut 🍩 after getting some essentials.

Hi. Was confronted by a shopper standing in line with full.basket of goodiea. Shopper is begging for money. She skipped the line and came up to me when she saw me withdrawing money. Please can you give me some money? Cashiers and I just stared at her and she went back in line. Seriously store needs to.be.cleaned up. Your shelves have stuff a lot of expires goods. No checkers give.us a better store. If pinetown can do it so can you.
