This was the third and last time Im purchasing something from this store. The first two times was a wireless mouse that didnt last more than 2 months each. I accepted it because Id bought those knowing it is low quality, but today I bought a SanDisk USB and was told immediately after paying that there is no warranty. So I cant return or exchange it if it doesnt work. Today(07-10-2021) I tried using the USB a few hours later and it does not work. This is what I call a scam.

Disgusting service. The Phoenix branch and Mt Edgecombe branch dont answer the telephone so its impossible to get in touch with the stores. I have tried calling them on 5 occasions

I bought a laptop worth 4k and when i get home it is not charging at all, at the store they plugged it in and showed charging, but the percentage doesnt increase, it says charger not compatible.What kind of service is this, the sales person assured the charger is original. Im really unhappy and should i not get help on this, im taking this on help Peter and every site you may think off

I will never do business with such a company that dont value they clients . I dont understand why the have whatsapp app when they read my messages and dont reply I sent pictures as well as asked for a price as wanted to sell some items. they have seen my messages over 2 hours ago but no reply very sad to see really will take my business elsewhere.

I dont understand why they have a business number if they cant answer but when you walk into the shop youl find them have a group conversation . They dont value customers.

Usually very busy, a few good deals. Temp checks and sanitizers at the door, you may have to join a queue to get in at times.

Had no problem exchanging the ps3 game. Nikita was very friendly and made sure that the counter was sanitized before assisting me.

Some of their second hand devices are not working well but still on display and prices are too high for used items

Tried to call over 20 times they refuse to answer

I am not happy with their return policy because I was mis advised about the product I bought now they refused to take it back since the product didnt meet the expectation

They can walk the store a hundred times doing nothing but can never answer the fone

Have no hygiene standards . Issuing tokens for customers ,tokens are then dropped into a container with chemicals after customer has completed their shopping . All the customers have to take the token out of the container with the chemicals which poses a threat to get infected as all the customers put there hands into the liquid .

The store becomes really busy and sometimes we are stuck in really long queues which becomes aggravating

Service is efficient on most days..however it is appalling how they low-ball customers due to knowing they are desperate for money..its simply unethical
