Saturday, 22nd of May, I went to cash crusaders to purchase a pre-owned laptop. When I got there, I was assisted by a friendly indian gentleman, then out of the blue, a black lady decided to involve herself whilst I was being assisted by the gentleman. The black lady then told me that the laptop I wanted to buy does not have wifi connector and that I should go to Matrix Warehouse to buy a wifi connector. Not only did she mislead me with false information but the laptop still had the previous owners personal details in the laptop. To my knowledge, cash crusaders has IT guys on site yet neither one of them decided to clear out the previous owners personal information that was still on the laptop. I am disappointed in the services that I received from the staff, let alone the product that I bought was not cleaned out for reselling

Some good bargains on new & used goods. Friendly & helpful staff. Situated in the Bluff Towers Mall. They have their own brand of sound equipment which comes with a 1 year guarantee. Worth checking out. They also buy your unwanted items.

Cash crusaders may sometimes not have what you looking for. But they always go out of their way too give an alternate option. Highly appreciate that. Will highly recommend them.

I had a good experience, the staff and managers always give good service...the only problem i have is that their phone is always engaged...

Bad service never going there again

They have a good range of new and used things, they are also very fair when it comes to the amount of money you can get for your goods. The only thing I disliked was that they arent willing to help you if you dont have an ID and you must be over 21 plus you have to have the paperwork for your items to get them out. All and all I just wish that they would help those of us living alone and are under 21.

Very disappointed in the service I received from your bluff Branch today, on you website said your store closed at 7 so I get in my car and just to get there by 2:55 and the doors are closed so I see the cashier there and behind the Door still standing at the cash desk tells me they closed I try 2 tell her the website said 7 she did not seam interested in even coming 2 the door I ask her 2 pls call the Manger she said he wont come I ask several times before she called him NOT moving for her desk she screams at him 2 come to the door then tells me he said I must come back tomorrow I asked again to speak to the manager she told me again to come back tomorrow I then told her if I dont see him now I will lay a complaint then he comes to the door aventualty to ask me what I want I expected to him the website said they close at 7 he told me they the head office has not updated there times I am so sorry but I have been in the service industry for 15 years and let me tell you that as a manager to a manager you dont tell ur customers to come back to see u the next day when they are standing right out side your door 😡

Very good customer service but the timing showing on google and the time they close is completely out please do something because lots of people will be rushing thinking its open and get there to see its closed

The workers walking around helping the customers are very friendly and chilled but the cashiers give loads of disrespect and backchat and are very rude, the lines are also ridiculous they are so out of order and it takes soo long.... The products are okay but the service is bad

The manager is a little full of himself, today he barred me from putting in a lay bye for a laptop because I had cancelled my previous lay bye.On their lay bye policy it states that should a customer decide to cancel a lay bye, 1% of the lay bye amount will be forfeited. However on the very same policy it does not mention that should a customer cancel a lay bye, such a customer will be barred from making any lay byes.Therefore in my case the rules used by the manager today were not in the franchise or store policy but it was an emotional and a very unprofessional decision.I have been their loyal customer for almost 10 years now but I am now starting to feel the manager is growing too big for his boots and has no regard for customer or his own staff wellness.I have compared BLUFF CASH CRUSADERS to that of SOUTHWAY MALL in Seaview and have found a great alternative and I always feel welcome and worthy as a customer.For Bluff Cash Crusaders not everything is horrible, majority of the floor staff is quiete friendly and welcoming. I am however worried about what kind of treatment are they receiving from their manager. I ve heard some ex employees of this shop complaining about the grounds in which they were dismissed and thats when you realise how their day to day life at work might be like, but they still smile with the customers.In conclusion I would like say that I have really lost my loyalty to this shop and I would rather drive an extra 6 kilomitres from Bluff to Seaview to get a better service.I therefore give Bluff Cash Crusaders just ONE STAR out five.Thank you for reading this review.

Service was not up to standard, called 5 times for someone to finally answer my question, then they didnt have stock of the item.

Not impressed at all ... tried to buy an item and pay by card. Card machine went offline but funds in bank acc were reserved for cash crusaders. Staff said it would take about 24 hours to reverse said reserved funds. Now more than 48 hours later and transaction still not reversed.

Bought a laptop and the service was poor. The laptop is now showing its own language.

Does not buy 2cond hand PS2 games
