As far as I know, the consumer law says that if you matk an item in your store at a certain price (even if incorrectly) the customer has the right to demand that you sell him the product at the market price. On the image you can see the item hanging on a hook with a price above it. When I got to the till, I was asked to pay a higher price.Without any nastiness I told the sales lady that the price was incorrect. Immediately her attitude changed and I was told, sorry, but that is the price for a different model, and somebody made a mistake by hanging these on the same hook. An Indian lady approached (seems she may be some sort of manager) and got quite stroppy with me when I told her what the law says. Now a simple apology, and a sop story about ‘getting in trouble with the boss’ would have had me becoming a bleeding heart and ‘no problem’, and payingh the additional R20.00, which is really not going to break the bank.Instead I was treated like I was some low-life begging and making a nuisance of myself. It then got really interesting when the owner arrived – watch the video, so no explanation necessary. I then did my own research on Google, and it seems this owner is a real charmer – reviews on the internet frequently identify him as rude and subjecting his clients to similar behaviour as I experienced.I thought it would be decent to report the matter to Cash Crusaders Head office before posting the video, and giving them the opportunity to do something about their name being dragged through the mud. They did call me once, and asked what I expected – did I want the item at the price on the peg? My answer was no, all I want is a public apology, and perhaps for them to warn this rude man that he will face some sort of sanction, if he brings the Cash Crusaders name into disrepute again (especially as I was obviously not the first).Well that was the last I heard from them, despite their promise to revert. Suffice to say that Cash Converters Amanzimtoti will not see another cent of my money.

Worst experience ever! That child who I assume is the buyer for that store with the glasses. He is so inexperienced, unprofessional & lacks knowledge & skill of interaction and buying..... There are so many experienced people who can do a better job PLEASE REPLACE HIM!!I took an original product to sell however after one search he couldnt find it on the net so he assumed it was fake. He passed a few negative remarks. My reply was thank u and I left that store unhappy & disappointed. Luckily I never give in to their lies. I went elsewhere and got double the money of what I expected.

Not too busy, lots of stock, but not a good place to buy second-hand PCs or laptops. They are sold as is, with faulty batteries, but at least they do tell you the problems up-front.

My son used his birthday money to purchase a skateboard and within two hours of bringing it home it broke. The manager, whose customer service stinks, instead of adhering to the terms and conditions of the CPA, insinuated that my son deliberately broke the skateboard. Why would my son, who has begging for a skateboard for months, waste his own money and deliberately break the skateboard? Needless to say we were refused a repair, refund or replacement. Do not do business with this store.

Average service, high prices

One lady is crs about customer service ..sorry I could not get her name but shes of Indian prigion .she took her time to assist me to set up a phone that I bought from another cash crusaders...others staff members need to take some learnings from her .

Staff friendly....but manager is NOT cool. Been there twice, went today for 3rd time, shop closed in middle of day. Learn from cash converters. Definitely not my support

Very poor service online and with the buying department at the store very unprofessional all they can say is sorry but cannot help with solving the problem. Its a second hand store but refuse to take stuff that is slightly dirty. They dont tell you they dont take certain stuff if you do an online application until you get to the store and they decline you. The owner of this store very unprofessional too he doesnt talk to customers properly he made an offer at first and thereafter refused to take my item telling me my pc its too old spec they should have just declined my online application rather than waste my time instore . The real owners of Cash Crusaders should teach people like this customer service. Never will I shop or sell anything at any Cash Crusaders ever again service is terrible all they can say is sorry they should keep their sorry if they cant help customers with their problem because sorry doesnt solve anything at the end of the day. GOD HAS A VERY SPECIAL PLACE FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS ITS CALLED HELL AND NOTHING OR NO ONE WILL SAVE YOU FROM THE WRATH OF GOD. NOBODY IS ABOVE GOD BUT ALOT OF PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE, JUST REMEMBER YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN YOUR DAY IS COMING. PEOPLE FORGET WE ARE ONLY HERE FOR A SHORT PERIOD IN TIME WE ARE ALL PLUGGED IN LIKE THE MATRIX AND WHEN GOD UNPLUGS YOU ASK YOURSELF IS MY HEART CLEAN ENOUGH TO GET INTO HEAVEN OR AM I GOING STRAIGHT TO HELL FOR THE PERSON I HAVE BECOME.

The old man that works there is very very rude and unproffesional he makes you feel like a low life beggar. He has people behind the counters that dont even work there telling you whats what. I dont recommend anyone to go there. Shame about the staff having to work with this man. Very very disgusting behaviour.

Bought a laptop, on the 2nd day it stopped working. On the 3rd day I sent it back to the store and the IT staff said the mother board is burnt. They insist it is my fault and they refuse to give me back my money. I have sent an email through to the IT people - am waiting for a response.I will personally never ever shop at #CashCrusaders ever again.

Product not woking had the slip to return it but no the manager had a word tosayandsaid it was mt fault it was under tge 7 day policu and now im stuck with a broken product im calling the head office

Bought an Xbox game and drove all the way back to Anerley only to find the disc installs 16% of the game and then stops and says the disc is damaged. 48 hours warranty is a joke as I will have to drive back the 100km or so on by Tuesday which is impossible as I work.

This is a cool little shop to find some tolls and household goods and appliances.

Service is so so bad both online and instore.Maybe that old white man need to vet retirement.
