Very pleasant half way stop while traveling on the N1. Beautiful Karoo farm. Limited meal options, however the 3 course meal is very tasty. The rooms have been recently renovated, and make for a pleasant stay. We will stay there again.

Absolute gem, I cant recommend this place enough. We will be staying over here each time when travelling through the area. The hosts are amazing and the food is delicious. Perfectly situated just off the N1. This property is breathtaking.You cant go wrong with Big Sky Ranch!

The Big sky Ranch is a beautifully situated Studfarm near Colesberg . Not only a perfect stopover to the Cape or JHB but also a nice place to stay a bit longer .Perfect service from Katherine and her staff . Good homemade diners and breakfasts . Decoration classy farm style with an elegant note .A wonderful long Lappool in a beautiful setting and views into the mountains .
