I stop here most of the time to fill up my car. It is mostly at around 18:00pm. There is ALWAYS never enough people to assist you. The attendants have also told me on a few occasions that management does not want to get more assistance as it costs them too much. Just get a feeling that they don’t care.

I brought my car a Reef Blue 2018 Polo 1.0 TSI DSG in for my 4th car wash the day after I fetched it from Service the guy who was cleaning hit the body with the pressure hose and it scratched there car on the rear door as well the panel behind it, at the time I was still in the car so I thought well it was a hose and it did not do any damage to it. After pulling the car out and when they finished the car I realized alongside the other guy who was wiping that there was a scratch but this is South Africa and when dealing with people of a different race it gets nasty, not only did they dimiss what I told them had happened, the owner went about doing it by raising his voice as if I wasnt a customer. I have a video of what the car looked like the day I fetched it from service and there is surveilance where the car was parked before I took it to the car wash, to top it off I asked the owner for surveliance footage and he dismissed me quickly in an aggresive tone which I did not appreciate whatsoever. What I did not mention the owner was that on my third wash a charger cable was stolen at the same carwash and when I came to ask the people who wash cars there they refered me to people who had already left. So I had to replace the cable and now I have to cough out around R4000 for an incident caused by negligence on their parts.I would advise people to stay away from their carwash so should you experience the same treatment I received dont forget I warned you.

In the gas station business, it is all about location and this BP has one of the best locations. Ill visit again.

This service station in Centurion has the best staff, Nale was great. I always fill up with petrol at this BP. The coffee at Wild Bean was also delicious.
