The stops are too much, prolonging the journey

Doesnt even deserve a one star. My mother took this bus on Sunday morning, the guy assumed i was going to Durban and asked me to wait only to realize later his assumption is wrong and that i have been trying to tell him that his partner told me to to tell him to open the area for the bags and not the trailer. Instead he chose to ignore me by displaying his racism and sorted my mothers bag last. This is down right unacceptable considering the fact that i thought this was a Christian organization. I told him what he did was wrong and still did not accept this. Please ask me for the details of the bus so this guy can be dealt with. My mail [email protected].
