In the shop, I didnt know how the coffee machine works and even after the cashier gave me instructions, he still helped me patiently, even the pump sales kept him busy. You will fill your car with petrol, and then ask for the promotional sticker. Shell @ Kloofsig never have stickers or the cards or the collectable Ferrari car when you want to exchange the card for the car. And the owner is never around when you want to lodge a complaint... What a scam

Their service is very poor. You will wait long to get serviced, then the system is always off line. Go there at night you will not find a single attendant. What a shame!
