I would not waste my time there again. Waited for almost an hour there. Never read out my number and asking a few times no one could find my order.

Below its chicken mayo pizza and feta only 2 pieces of chicken and a whole lot of mayo sauce I was so disappointed try to complain the manager told me they weigh the chicken so how many grams is those 2 tiny pieces disgusting

They advertise delivery, but do not assist their drivers with working mobile phones. So the driver could not contact me for access code. He had to drive back to.the shop and back again. Then has the audacity to tell me the pizza wont be cold.

Romans Pizza is undoubtedly on of my favourite pizza joints - I love their specials the most. Bought 2 pizzas for the price of R99. In December they had an even better special, always keep your eyes on a lookout for their unbelievable specials, I can guarantee you that quality standards are still maintained. Romans you never disappoint.

Placed order 45 minutes before delivery time, stipulated will collect sharp 15:15. I repeated time twice. I arrived on time felt 2 x large pizza boxes were cold.Refused to accept order.New pizza were made for me.Whilst in 5 - 7 minutes waiting time 2 Counter Attendants dissapears out with my cold pizza. One attendent were the Manager on duty.I asked Attendant staying behind what actually happens in such a case. She said they share pizzas amongst each other alternatively just chuck those pizzas in the bin.The other worker from the back claimed my other cold pizza.Could someone please get this message to the Owner as his profits are been eaten up in stead of paid into his bank account.My question remains was this a slip up or planned.

Standing inside the shop phoning and listening how the line is ringing but they dont answer. After the third call the one lady fiddled with the phone and all of a sudden no tone anymore just ringing on my phone. I really dont mind phoning a few times till i get trough but seriously. Dont say you do take call orders if you dont answer the phones.Also its not really hygienic for the drain water running outside the shop.

I once received a very bad service at this shop.I launched a complain with their head office and they promises to look into the matter. After some weeks someone who said he is the owner called me n said he will call me for a free pizza after l explained wat happened and he never called up to this day.

Waited 1 hour and 15 min for the pizza, phoned 3 times, when it came it was stone cold!!!!! Tasted awful why must I pay so much for cold food!!! 😒

Best pizza joint by far... The special deep dish mix is by far the best base Ive had. Keep up the great work and service. The manager is an awesome guy, had a good laugh when I heard his nickname was Porky.
