Got a laptop charger from them. The charger is the size of a brick and its not earthed properly. When i listen to any music while the charger is plugged in i can hear feedback. Otherwise the staff is also not that helpful. They have a massive setup and you are supposed to guess where to go for ordering then somewhere else for collecting and another place for paying. Dont dare ask. You get the evil stare from the last 2 departments. I live in Durban so easier just to buy another charger.

Had a problem with my laptop. After an inspection Danileigh Steyn told me that there might be a problem with the charging socket and that it would cost about R700.00 to repair, and that it would take about 2 days. Anyway, I left it there so that they could go ahead with the repairs. However, big was my surprise when she phoned me a few hours later with the news that I can come and collect my laptop. Even greater news was that there wasnt any cost. Apparently only a reset was needed to solve the problem. Thanks a lot for the great service. I can definitely recommend this company. Danileigh is also a great asset for her company. Keep up the good work

Very poor service. Came in to buy a laptop battery and I was given the same non-working battery twice. I was promised a refund on the 24/07/2018. To this day I still haven’t received no communication what so ever regarding that issue or more importantly a refund.
