If had queries, they would respond to them and support me throughout until I am satisfied with the service.I would recommend more customers to support them because they are really good at their services.

I was looking to purchase a new Tplink Archer c5 AC1200 version 2 with the printer server as my printers wifi function had failed. Having received a version 4. Even if it was not what I wanted the product turned out be a fantastic purchase with a media server and 4g back up for internet. I fixed the issue with the printers wifi all is working.

I have never experienced service this good from a tech company. After reaching out to them via their convenient WhatsApp chat explaining that I placed an order through another retailer, but then after the order suddenly there was no stock left. They went through the effort the next morning to get the stock from the warehouse before I even placed the order and allowed me to pick up the item the same day. I will recommend them a 1000 times over. They truly do go the extra mile for their customers.

We explained to them that we are in a hurry, and they prepared it VERY QUICKLY!2.soon after we bought it, The laptop gave glitches and we were much frustrated. We contacted them and they immediately started to support us via e-mail.3.Eventually (not long) they offered to replaced the laptop,and send it to my son in Bloemfontein with a similar model.All the interaction with this company was way above expectation!
